00:03 to stop the reclamation in Manila Bay.

00:06 But as long as there are issues that cannot be resolved,

00:09 one of the most important things is that reclamation will not prevent

00:12 the water from flowing from the watersheds and rivers to the sea.

00:54 Parañaque, Baco, Orcavite, Nabotas, and Bulacan.

00:57 The architect and urban planner, June Palafox, said

01:00 that he sometimes recommends the stop of the reclamation in Manila Bay in 1976

01:05 as part of the World Bank team that reviewed the construction there.

01:09 That is, as long as some issues cannot be resolved.

01:12 As one of the most important things, reclamation will not prevent

01:16 the water from flowing from the watersheds and rivers to Manila Bay.

01:31 maybe a swivel, a passing river between the mainland and the islands.

01:40 should have vertical trails high enough for huge, big cargo ships and cruise ships.

01:52 because he did not study the plan for the pending reclamation projects.

01:56 He also did not learn about reclamation.

01:58 Just design and implement it correctly, like what has been done in other countries.
