00:00 The idea is to close the stadium in late September and early October.
00:03 That's the schedule I've worked on to close it.
00:07 Once the stadium is closed, we start receiving the contributions.
00:10 We start controlling everything.
00:13 The arena goes inside the stadium, so it becomes the Athletic's stadium.
00:19 And there we have the complete planning for 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027.
00:25 I think the arena will be operationally at its full capacity.
00:32 I think that from next year it will have games running, everything at its maximum capacity.
00:39 This year we will gradually have the events, the Paul McCartney concert,
00:44 the games, I hope, and we will expand.
00:47 But we still have a lot to learn this year.
00:51 So we'll get in.
00:53 The planning is one thing, but the arena has the capacity...
00:58 I'll talk about the revenue, because we have the projections,
01:07 but we'll learn how to operate the arena.
01:11 What is the arena's furniture?
01:15 What will be the arena's commercial team?
01:17 We are overwhelmed with requests for events, organization,
01:24 so we'll have to expand this team.
01:26 Our operational team, which is small, I operate Mineirão,
01:30 we'll have to expand.
01:32 And we'll start to understand better the associated costs,
01:39 the fixed and variable costs of the MRV arena.
01:41 But the arena today, if you think about it,
01:43 we can, just with the ticket, I predict,
01:48 by 2024, we'll reach 80 million reais.
01:53 Roughly.
01:54 But how will we get there?
01:56 If you think about it, we have 46 thousand seats,
01:59 less chairs, more seats,
02:01 let's go to 35 thousand.
02:03 Let's take from the organized crowd, which has a cheaper price,
02:08 32 thousand people.
02:11 Let's make a 30 thousand account.
02:13 If I put an average ticket of 30 thousand places,
02:17 just 60 reais, an average ticket,
02:20 obviously this ticket will change, play the game, increase,
02:23 but we're talking about 1.8 million reais per game.
02:26 So you take 1.8 million here,
02:28 let's say 2.5 million with the other,
02:31 with the organized crowd, with the lounge,
02:34 ticket, this one with the shrimp, 2.5 million reais, right?
02:38 Let's say we have 35 games a year,
02:43 so we're talking about 2.5, 7,
02:45 from 70, 500, 65, 17.5,
02:48 we're talking about 85 million reais, just in the ticket.
02:53 Just the fans.
02:55 Today we have the right number, 86, 82.
03:01 Well, let's say 80 thousand.
03:04 We have an expectation of 28, 30 million reais a year.
03:10 If you increase the average ticket by 10 reais,
03:15 10 reais, we're already at 40, 40 and a few million reais,
03:18 just the fans.
03:19 So we're talking about the arena,
03:21 making money without any event, without any show,
03:24 at 80, 120 million reais.
03:27 Then you take events, shows,
03:31 that we're planning.
03:34 This year we already have, we have three shows,
03:36 but they are part of the arena's opening schedule,
03:39 we have Paul McCartney, we're studying two more,
03:42 always, until the moment,
03:45 inside the windows that football allows.
03:48 This is very important because the athlete is the owner of the arena.
03:53 He's the one who decides, the priority is football,
03:56 but he's the one who decides when he opens his hand or not.
03:59 But the idea is always football.
04:02 And we try to fit the events there,
04:05 and eventually another variation can happen.
04:09 If we make 20, 30 million reais with events,
04:17 which I think is conservative,
04:19 but I don't know how to say it right yet,
04:23 we're talking about 150 million reais in earnings.
04:26 So I think the arena brings a substantial increase
04:32 in the athletic earnings.
04:34 [BEEP]
