00:37 He's checking if there's a breach in the jail guards or if there's a breach of trust.

00:43 This weekend, Cataruja showed how he climbed and got to the garbage truck to escape.

00:49 According to former Bureau of Corrections Chief and now Senator Ronald De La Rosa,

00:53 it's unacceptable and shameful that Cataruja escaped from maximum security.

00:59 He should investigate this matter thoroughly and determine the level of command responsibility.
