00:05 And you know, off cam, kami nagkukwintuhan because we're so connected to each other by friendships, di ba?
00:12 And first, I'd like to talk about the Eigenmans.
00:14 Some of the most talented, some of the most brilliant actors, singers in the industry.
00:19 Max, ang tanong, is it easy, is it hard maging Eigenman dito sa industriya?
00:26 Parang, it's neither easy or hard.
00:31 Because my family has always made me feel, we've always made sure to make each other feel that we are our own person in terms of our careers.
00:40 And actually, this is kind of funny, pero pag magkakasama kami, hindi talaga namin pinag-uusapan ng trabaho.
00:47 In other words, normal yung pagiging magaling sa Eigenmans.
00:50 You know, I used to joke about it with Shiree.
00:53 "Pano naman ako magpretenda Eigenman?" Tignan mo naman, wala naman, hindi Mountie Sohi.
00:57 But you're just such a lovely, lovely family.
01:00 How much do you miss your Tita Shiree? And even your dad, Ralph?
01:04 Both of them, every day, all the time.
01:06 I was very, very close to both of them. As in very, very close.
01:10 My dad, Tita Shiree. So grief naman will always linger. I don't think it ever goes away.
01:17 Ako agree ako dun. Parati akong sinasabi, ayoko nawawala.
01:20 Kasi nanay passed on noong 2019. Sabi ko, ayoko nawawala yung grief.
01:24 Kasi that's my connection to her.
01:26 Yes.
01:27 Diba?
01:28 Yeah.
01:29 Okay. Sophie, we're connected because my best friend, Chris Aquino, is related to you.
01:33 But the question is this, bakit noong nagu-umpisa ka dito sa industriya, ayaw, parang ayaw.
01:38 The impression that I got was, ayaw mong gamitin yung apelidong Kuanko o di kaya Reyes,
01:44 na may-ari kayo ng Far Eastern University Hospital and even the school.
01:49 Which is now, of course, owned by the Montinolas.
01:52 Bakit parang ayaw mong... kami naman gusto namin mga... ano ang aming apelido, diba?
01:58 Ikaw parang ayaw. I mean, is this a correct reading?
02:02 I don't want to say naman na ayaw. But I grew up being a Reyes, right?
02:09 And in showbiz, ang dami ng Reyes. So they asked me, "Maybe you want to change it?"
02:14 And maybe you want to change it to Kuanko. And I felt like, parang it was such a big responsibility to make it Kuanko.
02:21 And I grew up not having that in my name. So I chose to have my mom's middle name instead.
02:27 But it's not naman na ayaw ko, or I... no naman.
02:30 The pressure of being who you girls are. Meron?
02:36 You know, to be honest, there's really none for my family. The pressure is really from everybody else.
02:42 That's what I'm trying to say. Hey Max, you're an Ironman. You should be good.
02:48 May ganon. But I think that I dealt with that kind of pressure a little more difficult nung mas bata ako.
02:54 Nung nag-uumpisa ako.
02:56 Kasi parang naramdaman ko na meron talagang malalaking shoes to fill, diba?
03:01 Pero nobody in my family made me feel that I had to do that.
03:05 They allowed me to become my own person.
03:07 And ngayon na tumanda na ako, na-realize ko na yung pressure na 'yan, it doesn't affect me as much anymore.
