00:22 During the 10 years of fishing in the Paranaque Bay, Mary Grace noticed that while the fishing in Manila Bay is expanding, the last fish are also disappearing.

00:36 Now, they are still going to Nabotas to buy the last fish in Palawan or Mindoro.

00:41 Most of the time, it's just frozen. We are almost lifting the box-boxes of catfish and catfish in China.

02:03 Villar is also wondering why the Environmental Compliance Certificate of the Reclamation Project was extended 8 days before the end of the Duterte administration.

02:13 It's like only one EMB director issued a project without a consultant. Maybe we can make it harder for them to issue that ECC.

02:24 The DENR has not yet announced anything but it is reviewing the reclamation projects that are expected to be completed within 4 months.

02:31 But when asked by Villar, the DENR insisted that based on the initial ECC, the project can still be changed.
