00:49 Definitely surreal.
00:51 It's sinking in very slowly,
00:53 but I'm trying my best just to stay present, enjoy it.

00:58 I mean, I'll be the first person to say this is wild.

01:01 Didn't know this was what my life was turning into
01:03 at this moment, so, yeah, crazy stuff, but excited.
01:06 We're really good on this show, keeping you on your toes.

01:09 We excel at that.
01:10 I know this has been an emotional roller coaster for you.
01:12 Obviously, thinking back to Fiji,
01:14 I know that heartbreak.
01:15 That was really real for you, right?
01:17 How ready do you feel like you are
01:19 to turn the page and give love another shot?
01:21 Yeah, it's a great question.
01:22 I'm more ready than I was in that moment.

01:27 For me, it was just you have to take some time
01:30 to get a little bit more closure.
01:32 Watching Dotton and Charity's connection was enough for me.
01:35 I've got so much love for that dude,
01:37 and obviously for her completely as well.
01:40 And it was just nice to be able to see
01:42 someone so special be with her.
01:44 And that, in general, gave me a lot more ability
01:47 to just separate myself from it,
01:49 appreciate it for what it was,
01:51 but truthfully know that, most of all,
01:53 it opened up a part of me that wanted something so bad.
01:55 So I'm in this point now where I prioritize
01:58 something in my life that I put in the backburners for a while,
02:01 and I'm ready to prioritize it again.
02:03 So what do you think it is that you're looking for in a partner?
02:06 You look at questions, Jesse. You got 'em.
02:08 What am I looking for in a partner?
02:10 Someone that's just themself
02:12 that I can truthfully be a partner with.
02:14 I want someone that challenges me.
02:16 I want someone that I can challenge.
02:18 I just want someone to do life with.
02:19 I just want someone that's going to be my person
02:21 and know that, at the end of the day,
02:23 regardless of what we face,
02:24 we're going to be more than happy enough together.
02:26 All right, well, just in a matter of weeks,
02:27 we're going to be flying out dozens of the most beautiful
02:29 and the most interesting women all across America
02:32 just to meet you.
02:33 And I know for a fact many of them are watching this right now.
02:37 So, Joey, what would you like to say
02:38 to your future girlfriends out there?
02:40 Hmm. Good question.
02:42 Uh, just to be themselves.
02:44 I mean, for me, from this whole entire experience that I had,
02:48 it's tough. I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
02:50 There's a lot of stuff that happens
02:52 and things that kind of mess with you,
02:54 but what I'm most proud of from this journey for me
02:57 is that I had this weird inkling of comfortability
03:00 and felt like I could be myself.
03:01 And I know charity brought a lot of that out in me,
03:04 but I'm hoping to do the same for the people that come
03:06 and want to meet me.
03:07 But all I can ask is for them to be themselves,
03:09 and I'm just--I'm excited to get to know them.
