00:20 Well, the Philippine Coast Guard successfully supported the supply

00:40 We deployed two Philippine Coast Guard vessels, BRP Sindangan and BRP Cabra.

00:47 They departed Palawan last 21 August.

00:52 And yesterday afternoon, they were able to successfully support

00:56 the supply mission of the armed forces of the Philippines.

00:59 We don't need to ask permission from the Chinese government.

01:05 As far as the Philippine government is concerned,

01:08 a young inshore falls within the exclusive economic zone of our country.

01:12 Secondly, I also don't agree that they are extending

01:18 humanitarian act for our soldiers to receive supply.

01:22 As a matter of fact, the Philippine Coast Guard vessels, we have the videos and

01:26 photos, those embedded journalists also have their own

01:30 recording of what really transpired during the supply operation.

01:34 The supply boats and the Philippine Coast Guard vessels both experienced

01:41 the harassment and the blocking of all these boats for

01:46 us to be prevented in entering a UN show.

01:49 Well, as far as the national government is concerned and for

01:52 the Philippine Coast Guard, we don't really need to explain

01:56 what are the supplies that we are bringing on board BRP Sierra Madre.

02:00 Whether those are just food or those are construction supplies,

02:04 there's no reason for us to explain to the People's Republic of China.

02:08 And there's also no reason for us to ask permission from them as to what types of

02:13 materials are we going to bring on board.

02:16 Because as I said, a young inshore is within the exclusive economic zone of

02:20 the Philippines.
