00:15 The flood in the barangay Sinawilan in Matanaw, Davao, Del Sur suddenly burst last night.

00:25 It rained yesterday, so the ditch was flooded.

00:30 It drowned and was not immediately removed from the rope.
00:34 Habagat and localized thunderstorms caused rain in some areas in Mindanao.
00:39 In the north, the Goring typhoon has an effect even though it still remains in the Philippine Sea,
