00:00 Almost 200 barangays in different parts of the region are being monitored by NDRMC for landslides and floods.

00:15 The flood in the barangay Sinawilan in Matanaw, Davao, Del Sur suddenly burst last night.
00:23 Water entered several houses.
00:25 It rained yesterday, so the ditch was flooded.
00:28 A dog was killed.
00:30 It drowned and was not immediately removed from the rope.
00:34 Habagat and localized thunderstorms caused rain in some areas in Mindanao.
00:39 In the north, the Goring typhoon has an effect even though it still remains in the Philippine Sea,
00:45 like the rain in Ilocos Norte.
00:47 So in the town of Pasukin, it was accompanied by farmers to plant rice.
