00:06 a Dollar Tree in a Newtown area of Jacksonville, outfitted with a tactical vest, armed with
00:12 an AR-style rifle and a handgun.
00:15 Then the shooter killed three people before turning the gun on himself, taking his own
00:20 life.
00:21 The Clay County Sheriff's Office, who has been assisting our agency with this investigation,
00:24 received information after the shooting that the shooter had authored several manifestos,
00:29 one to his parents, one to the media, and one to federal agents.
00:34 Portions of these manifestos detail the shooter's disgusting ideology of hate.
00:40 Plainly put, this shooting was racially motivated and he hated black people.
