00:09 Aside from the Goring Typhoon, the typhoon outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is also being monitored closely.

00:16 The Typhoon Goring hit the last-seen 260-kilometer island of Tuguegarao City.

00:21 The signal No. 1 in Batanes, northern and eastern portion of mainland Cagayan,

00:26 along with Babuyan Islands and the eastern portion of Isabela.

00:30 According to the local media, the Typhoon Goring is approaching Batanes and there is no possibility of landfall there.

00:36 It is possible that it will come out on Thursday.

00:39 But the tropical storm with an international name, Haquey, is expected to enter the Par on Wednesday or Thursday and is called the "Typhoon Hana".

00:50 For now, the Typhoon Goring and the strong winds are the ones that are affecting the country.

00:56 According to the Metro Weather, it will rain tomorrow in Northern Luzon, Zambales, Bataan, western portions of Southern Luzon and Visayas, and in the part of Mindanao.
