00:22 She told her story after booking and riding a ride-hailing app.

00:28 The driver asked Fatima if she is a real PWD.

00:34 She said she can show her PWD ID.

00:38 The driver said that it is not necessary anymore.

00:41 I am bipolar, so I am mentally ill.

00:43 I was diagnosed by a doctor since 2019.

00:46 He said that I am bipolar.

00:48 It's the mood swings.

00:51 Because I know PWD is those who are in a wheelchair,

00:54 the mood swings, because your head is hot, you are a PWD.

00:59 Because of this experience, she did not use her PWD ID again.

01:04 Grab Philippines found out about this and immediately investigated.

01:10 The driver also has a relative who is a PWD, so he was surprised.
