00:15na nagdala ng outdoor dreams to life dito sa Negosyo Tayo.

00:19Can you tell us more about your business founded in 2014 by me and my husband?

00:31So, we started distributing outdoor toys.

00:34From there, we started experimenting with different outdoor toys, outdoor items,

00:41and we came up with riding goods.

00:43We started with scooters and then bikes,

00:45and eventually we expanded to different products,

00:49depending on our customers' needs.

00:51While building this business journey of yours,

00:53kamusta yung mga challenges natin along the way?

00:56Retail industry is also very volatile,

01:00so it can be good, there are good years, there are bad years.

01:04Especially during the pandemic,

01:06we also encountered a really big challenge for our physical stores.

01:11How did you stay afloat during the pandemic?

01:14Before that, we already started with our online channels.

01:18During the pandemic, when everyone was doing nothing at home,

01:22it also happens that they were looking for our products

01:25to entertain themselves in their houses, in their villages,

01:29so it's also timing and preparedness.

01:31We know that there are different businesses out there in the market,

01:34like outdoor sports products as well,

01:37so what is your unique selling proposition?

01:39Focus on value for money for our products,

01:42but aside from that, one of our focus really is the designs.

01:45We make it as unique as possible,

01:48and when our customers or the kids wear or ride our products,

01:52it has to be as a distinct look.

01:55And definitely, we have a lifetime service warranty for all our products.

01:59So you've mentioned about being in the retail industry for quite a long time already.

02:04Do you have any tips or advices for those aspiring entrepreneurs?

02:07For me, you really don't need a big capital.

02:10So you can start small.

02:12You can try a set of products first that you think would fit the market

02:17and do some testing or a bonsai setup.

02:21For example, you go to bazaars.

02:23You go to different selling opportunities

02:27and see if it will earn or it will give growth opportunities for more selling

02:33or to have it scaled.

02:35Meron po kami yung kids' scooters for lalaki and for girls din po.

02:41We have helmets for protection gears po.

02:44We have also kids' bikes, roller skates.

02:48Meron po kami ngayon na best and top seller po,

02:51which is the boombox luggage.

02:52For kids po siya na lagi po nagtra-travel

02:56and yung mga parents po kasi hindi na siya maihirapan i-carry yung anak nila.

03:01Pwede po siya maging scooter and luggage.

03:03Two-in-one na po siya.

03:04For the kids po, pwede po siyang sumakay here,

03:07tatanggalin lang po ito,

03:09then may lock po siya for the safety po ng bata para hindi po siya malaglag.

03:14Pwede rin po itong matanggal.

03:16Detachable po yung luggage para po mabilis makasakay yung bata.

03:20Kailangan mo magkaroon ng malinaw na vision at mission sa buhay

03:25at sa iyong mga pangarap upang ikaw ay magtagumpay.
