00:00 While filming in Botswana, South Africa, a BBC film crew got the experience of a lifetime
00:07 after a horrifying leopard attack.
00:10 The clip begins with Richard Jones, a cameraman for BBC's Spy in the Wild series, attempting
00:17 to track a pack of wild dogs.
00:19 After a long time of scouting, the camera crew eventually spots a pack of dogs antagonizing
00:25 an enormous and angry male leopard.
00:38 The large animal proceeds to climb the trees to avoid the wild dogs, but just as they thought
00:43 it was over, the leopard looks at the crew and does this.
00:57 The cameraman drops the camera out of fear, but due to Richard's experience and quick
01:02 thinking, the crew managed to get out of this encounter alive.
01:08 The beautiful city of Nashik, India became a frenetic and passing hotspot after its residents
01:14 spotted a large and aggressive leopard roaming the city's streets.
01:19 The clip shows rescuers standing outside the gates of a house while holding a net to catch
01:25 the animal roaming around the city.
01:27 Minutes later, an enormous leopard reveals itself and does something truly horrifying.
01:44 After successfully catching the animal, the crowd can be seen trying to beat the animal
01:49 while cops and rescuers do their best to stop the aggressive crowd.
01:58 Luckily, neither the leopard nor the people were seriously injured during the encounter.
02:11 A team made to drive a leopard away from a village, grew to hundreds when the task proved
02:17 to be more dangerous than expected.
02:19 This adrenaline pumping clip starts off with a group of men attempting to drive away a
02:25 leopard hiding in the fields with the help of firecrackers.
02:38 The encounter escalates when some of the men chase after the leopard in the jungle, leaving
02:43 it no choice but to fight back.
02:53 Despite this, the men continue charging, showing no regard for their safety, but the predator
02:59 does not back down and proceeds to do something terrifying.
03:14 Thankfully the clip cuts to showing the leopard finally being caught and transported in a
03:19 cage while hundreds of locals cheer on.
03:24 In northern Botswana, a safari tour went south after a tourist encountered a terrifying leopard
03:31 that did the unexpected.
03:33 This petrifying encounter starts with a man recording a leopard walking closer and closer
03:39 to the truck where he and his tour guide are sitting.
03:53 With the predator right beside his door, the man becomes rigid as he realizes the amount
03:59 of danger he is in when suddenly the animal decides to do this.
04:15 Despite the animal scratching his leg, the man remains calm and collected, refusing to
04:19 make any sudden moves that could escalate the situation and make things worse.
04:35 Thankfully the tour guide decides to turn the jeep on, scaring the leopard away.
04:42 Tourists in Mdikwe private game lodge came across a terrifying sight after they caught
04:47 an extremely protective mother leopard off guard.
04:50 The heart racing video picks up with the leopard bluff charging and threatening the tourists
04:56 recording it from afar.
05:07 As they record the animal despite it being aggressive, they eventually get the scare
05:12 of a lifetime after it does this.
05:25 Luckily after a minute and a half encounter, the predator eventually loses interest in
05:30 the tourists and proceeds to back off into the bushes.
05:36 This freaky clip was shot by Filipe Mateni in partnership with the Vanishing Treasures
05:41 program and it features a close up look at a very curious snow leopard.
05:46 Beginning the video, the animal can be seen sneaking and approaching the camera slowly,
05:52 keeping its eyes locked and glued to the camera at all times.
06:05 As the animal gets close enough to the camera, it then decides to get a much closer look
06:10 at the camera, inspecting it and doing this.
06:24 Thanks to the leopard attempting to eat the camera, we can get a closer look at the inner
06:28 workings of this terrifying predator's mouth and its sharp, long canines.
06:45 The animal then sneaks away after hearing someone, ending the bone chilling clip.
06:52 This terrifying encounter begins with a group of men recording a full size adult leopard
06:58 located only a few feet away from their truck.
07:11 The animal, aware of the men recording it, proceeds to give them a scare after it suddenly
07:16 decides to come get a closer look.
07:29 Luckily the predator does not give attention to the men and proceeds to walk away from
07:33 the area completely.
07:36 What was supposed to be just another late night drive home became interesting after
07:42 a group of friends got the idea of tracking down a leopard doing about its own business.
07:48 The clip starts as we see the friends driving around in a forest when they suddenly spot
07:53 one of the leopards walking along the road up ahead.
08:06 They eventually focus on tracking one leopard and the whole experience is both majestic
08:12 yet terrifying at the same time.
08:24 Thankfully the leopard does not do anything despite being followed by the group.
08:29 Regardless, it is still a bone chilling experience.
08:34 A group of friends' ski adventure was halted after they came across an unexpected lurker
08:40 stalking them in the thick snow.
08:43 Skiing in the snowy mountains, the man recording the video traverses the woods confidently
08:48 until he catches sight of something terrifying.
09:02 The stalemate between the group and the snow leopard lasts almost a full two minutes until
09:08 it was finally interrupted when the leopard does something unexpected.
09:23 After a threatening charge, the predator retreats back into the woods and leaves the group alone
09:28 to continue skiing in the snow.
09:32 In April 2018, a group of men were tasked with the burden of releasing a snow leopard
09:38 into the wild after they caught it in the village of Kiber, India.
09:42 At the start of the video, a group of men can be seen surrounding a snow leopard in
09:46 a cage and trying to drive it out into the wild.
10:01 Minutes later, and after tilting the cage downwards, they successfully drive the predator
10:06 out of its cage, where they then follow and record it.
10:15 Surprisingly, the animal does not instantly run away from the sight.
10:24 Instead it strolls, staying dangerously near the group.
10:38 After a while, the leopard eventually decides to run away, leaving no one harmed.
10:45 A mesmerizing yet unnerving experience greeted a group of tourists after they got a close
10:51 meeting with a large leopard on a safari.
10:55 This adrenaline-inducing clip shows a few tourists following a leopard while it's
10:59 walking around, most likely hunting for prey.
11:13 The predator can repeatedly be seen approaching and going past the tourists' ride, leaving
11:19 the tourists both amazed and yet terrified at the same time.
11:33 The encounter ends with the leopard finally disappearing into the bush, away from the
11:38 tourists.
11:40 Two men traveling by car encountered a snow leopard during their ride, which then proceeded
11:46 to do something they did not expect.
11:49 The video begins with the camera pointing to the horizon, showing the snow and the mountains,
11:55 but something else is eventually revealed when the camera turns to the right.
12:10 The animal proceeds to walk toward the men, shocking and scaring them both, yet they still
12:15 keep recording footage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
12:28 The whole encounter lasts almost two minutes, with the predator staying only a few inches
12:34 away, inspecting them and not taking its eyes off the men.
12:46 Fortunately, the animal loses interest and leaves after a while.
