00:07 Good morning to all of our viewers from ICT Road to Commonwealth Avenue. We don't have any news for now, but suddenly, heavy rain fell on ICT Road in Barangay Batasan Hills before 7 this morning.

00:23 Motorists are being cautious because there's a chance of zero visibility. In Commonwealth Avenue, it's rare to experience heavy rain.

00:32 There's no traffic on the westbound lane or the direction to the area of ICT Road. Here in Philkoa, even on ICT Road, there are many passersby waiting to be driven.
