00:00 Oh my gosh, I can't watch this.
00:02 Every time I see these videos, they make me cry.
00:05 Hey, I'm Halle Bailey,
00:07 and today I'm doing the breakdown with Cosmopolitan.
00:10 I think watching my performances back,
00:13 it's truly an interesting experience
00:16 because on one hand, you're really proud of yourself
00:18 and the work that you did,
00:20 and you're like, wow, this turned out great.
00:22 And then on the other hand, you're like,
00:24 my voice sounds funny.
00:26 Why is my hair like this right here?
00:27 And you're like critiquing yourself.
00:29 So it's like a bittersweet thing, but I love it.
00:33 Yeah.
00:35 The music, that's funny.
00:45 I love it.
00:46 Filming "The Little Mermaid" was definitely
00:48 very, very physical for me.
00:49 I mean, I did three months of stunt training and rehearsals
00:53 in the harness and also in water with synchronized swimmers
00:57 just to get the beautiful, graceful swim that Ariel has.
01:00 So it was definitely a lot of intensity on my body,
01:04 but it was so cool 'cause I was really strong back then.
