00:11 Even Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rebulia, if it is proven that it is illegal to increase the price of rice, they could be charged with economic sabotage and other charges.
00:25 The DOJ formed a group that will go around the families to spread the sale of rice as part of their investigation.
00:33 Secretary Rebulia told a DOJ member that the investigation is being conducted by the Congress of the Hoarding and Smuggling of Rice and other agricultural products.
