At the 11th Asean-US Summit held in conjunction with the 43rd Asean Summit and other related summits in Jakarta on Wednesday (Sept 6), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said Malaysia and the United States should boost people-to-people linkages through various initiatives including volunteerism.

00:47 In conclusion, I believe as leaders we must address global challenges of today while also
00:54 investing in a long-term vision.
00:57 We must look 10, 20, 30 years out and measure our current steps against that vision.
