Government agencies participate in cyber-incident exercises

Government agencies and telcos are today taking part in exercises aimed at simulating a major cyber-incident. It comes after millions of Australian's details were compromised in major cyber breaches affecting Optus, Medibank and Latitude Financial. National Cybersecurity Coordinator, Air Marshal Darren Goldie - says today's exercises will help to reduce the impacts of the next cyber-attack.

00:40 The government's upcoming strategy is looking at ways that the Commonwealth Government can
00:43 facilitate some of that cross-sectoral sharing to make it a better outcome.
