00:10 The sentiment gave an impression to the low voter turnout,

00:13 where for four evenings, the election commission

00:16 reported only 42% of the 165,509 voters in the Pulai Parliament

00:22 with 56% of the 40,301 voters in the Simpang Jeram.

00:30 Azmi Hassan from the Nusantara Academy said

00:32 the PN supporters were not excited about winning the election

00:35 based on the majority of the votes won by the National Union

00:38 in the 15th Parliament, which is likely to increase this time

00:41 with the support of the National Union.

00:44 In the Simpang Jeram, Azmi said

00:46 if the low voter turnout, 70%, was targeted by the National Union,
