GISB probe: Suspect claims he has no idea where 32 of his 34 children are, says IGP

One of the detainees linked to Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISB) has four wives and 34 children but claims to be unaware of the whereabouts of 32 of them, according to Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain.

At a press conference on Monday (Sept 23), Razarudin also revealed that the 572 children rescued during Op Global have not been claimed by their parents, who are avoiding exposure of their status.

The IGP added that some children were instructed to deny recognising their biological parents.
