Opus Avantra - album Introspezione 1974

"Introspezione" also known as "Opus Avantra-Donella Del Monaco" was the debut album of Italian prog-classical-avant-garde band Opus Avantra. "Introspezione" was one of the most innovative albums of the Italian prog music panorama of the 1970s. The album fused avant-garde and almost pastoral, traditional folk songwriting with neo-classical influences, some symphonic nuances and trippy effects with the vocals in operatic style by Donella Del Monaco grandchild of famous Italian tenor Mario Del Monaco. The sound was mostly acustic.
