00:00 And along with the travel delays in New England area, there could also be some
00:04 minor travel issues in other parts of the southeast. As more thunderstorms
00:08 roll through, Brie Guy has what you need to know in tonight's travel report.
00:12 Well, let's take you on a trip across the country with your national travel
00:16 weather delay forecast for your saturday minor delays possible along
00:20 the California coast. That's because we're dealing with some low cloud cover
00:24 early on the day, but it's going to be burned off as we head throughout the
00:27 day. So you should be in the clear a little bit of a different story. We do
00:30 have minor delays possible in Atlanta, Miami and we'll dive right into why in
00:34 just a minute. If we look at the northwest green means go, you're in the
00:37 clear now again across the southwest minor delays due to that low cloud
00:41 cover early. But overall we are going to start to see improvements throughout
00:44 the day. No other delays possible across the southwest as we travel towards the
00:50 north central. Well, green means go yet again. You are in the clear to do any
00:54 travel though we are dealing with some wet weather in areas like Kansas City.
00:57 So make sure if you are heading out maybe to the airport that you grab that
01:01 umbrella and have that rain gear ready. Similar story in Oklahoma City, but we
01:05 are anticipating any delay. Similar story as we travel a little bit further
01:09 south to Dallas, but minor delays here along the I 10 corridor from Houston to
01:13 Miami. And that's because we're dealing with thunderstorms. Some of those
01:16 storms could produce gustier winds at times that can cost some minor delays.
01:20 And that's going to be the same story in areas like Nashville, Atlanta and
01:23 Miami for tomorrow. But look at that, you're in the clear Jacksonville up
01:26 towards Raleigh, the Midwest. Well, you're in the clear, no really
01:30 significant weather to impact your travel plans. Major impacts though
01:34 possible from Bangor to Boston as we are still feeling those impacts from
01:37 Lee. And as we travel a little bit further south, well, you are in the
01:40 clear
01:41 (upbeat music)
