00:43 Ladies and Gentlemen, Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

00:48 We are studying Surah Nisa
00:50 We are getting many instructions
00:52 about the household life,
00:54 about the good and pure conduct,
00:56 about the marriage,
00:58 about the prohibition of adultery,
01:00 and all of this is being explained by Allah's Shariah
01:03 Let's continue
01:05 We are starting our study from Surah Nisa, Ayat 29
01:08 Now, the mention of the prohibition of wealth and life
01:12 SubhanAllah
01:14 Allah's religion teaches the rights of Allah
01:16 and the rights of His servants
01:19 and now the instructions about the prohibition of wealth and life
01:22 and the prohibition of adultery and all of this is being explained by Allah
01:25 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan
01:27 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
01:29 O you who believe, do not eat each other's wealth unjustly
01:33 O you who believe, do not eat each other's wealth unjustly
01:38 It sounds strange, right?
01:40 But the translation is in Arabic
01:42 "Eat each other's wealth"
01:44 If I am yours and you are stealing my wealth
01:47 then who are we?
01:49 We are believers, right?
01:50 Believers are like a body
01:52 There is a famous hadith in the eye
01:54 The whole body feels it
01:56 So if I am harming you, harm yourself
01:58 You are harming me, harm yourself
02:00 Why? We are one body
02:02 and we are like a building
02:04 according to the command of Muhammad
02:06 So stealing other's wealth is like stealing your own wealth
02:09 This is the religion that prepares us to think with this spirit
02:13 O you who believe, do not eat each other's wealth unjustly
02:17 O you who believe, do not eat each other's wealth unjustly
02:20 except that you have a deal with each other
02:28 It means that there is no coercion
02:30 which we call in the language of law
02:32 There should be no financial dealings under coercion
02:34 but there should be a deal with free will
02:36 Remember, this deal of free will will be in lawful activities
02:39 It is not that two people do free will on unlawful activities
02:42 two people agree to commit adultery
02:44 two people agree to commit adultery
02:47 So this deal of free will will not be lawful
02:51 It should be lawful but there should be no coercion
02:54 This is what happened in the case of wealth
02:56 Now according to the case of life
02:58 Do not kill yourself
03:00 Do not kill yourself
03:02 is one translation
03:03 Do not kill each other
03:04 is another translation
03:05 This is the part of the verse of the Qur'an
03:07 where the scholars have declared suicide as haram
03:12 It is a matter of courage to take the life of Allah
03:15 It is a matter of courage to take the life of Allah
03:18 So do not kill yourself
03:20 is a sign of suicide
03:21 Do not kill each other
03:23 is a sign of suicide
03:24 This is what the Shariah has forbidden
03:26 and to kill a Muslim on purpose
03:28 There are many punishments for this
03:30 This will be discussed in Surah Nisa verse 93
03:33 Allah is most Merciful to you
03:39 And whoever does this, being a transgressor and an oppressor,
03:42 We will soon put him in the fire
03:49 May Allah protect us all from the fire of hell
03:51 And this is easy for Allah
03:56 After this Allah is warning us about the great sins
04:01 Allah says
04:02 If you avoid the great sins, we will remove your small sins
04:16 And we will put you in the place of honor
04:21 This topic is mentioned three times in the Qur'an
04:24 We should be more careful about the great sins
04:27 Although we should also avoid small sins
04:30 But this is a natural question
04:32 What are the great sins?
04:34 Scholars have written
04:35 If Allah has cursed a commandment in the Qur'an
04:40 Or if Allah has given the punishment of this world and the hereafter
04:43 Then that action is a great sin
04:44 If the Prophet has cursed a deed in the Qur'an
04:48 Or if Allah has given the punishment of this world and the hereafter
04:51 Then that deed is a great sin
04:52 There are many great sins
04:53 May Allah protect us all
04:55 So if you avoid the great sins
04:57 Allah will forgive small sins
04:59 We should be more careful about the great sins
05:02 Today people are miscalculating
05:06 They are misguided
05:08 They are misguided
05:10 They are misguided
05:12 They are misguided
05:14 They are misguided
05:16 They are misguided
05:18 They are misguided
05:20 They are eating the forbidden food
05:22 This is a mismatch
05:24 This is a mismatch
05:26 They are eating the forbidden food
05:27 But they are saying Astaghfirullah
05:29 What is this?
05:30 So if we are more careful about the great sins
05:33 Allah will forgive small sins
05:36 (Arabic)
05:38 Allah says that you will be admitted to a place of honor
05:41 (Arabic)
05:45 And do not desire that which Allah has given to some of you for a great reward
05:50 (Arabic)
05:53 And for men will be a share of that which they have earned
05:57 (Arabic)
06:00 And for women will be a share of that which they have earned
06:03 This word of "Iqtisab" is often used for earning "Aamal"
06:07 Here it is not about earning money
06:10 It is about earning "Aamal"
06:11 Men will get their share and women will get theirs
06:14 And before that Allah said
06:15 Do not desire that which Allah has given to some of you for a great reward
06:20 What does it mean?
06:21 Allah created men and women
06:23 Allah made the skin of the people of Africa black and white
06:29 This is one thing
06:30 Similarly Allah made some people's skin brown
06:32 And some people's skin white
06:35 This is not a matter of tension
06:37 Do not get involved in the debates of "Fazeerat"
06:39 Do not desire this
06:40 But the fundamental point is about men and women
06:42 What is the real field?
06:43 It is the field of morals, spirituality, deeds, and to move forward in good deeds
06:48 It is about avoiding sins, it is about pleasing Allah
06:51 It is about the struggle and hard work to achieve success in the hereafter
06:54 Men will get their share of their earnings of deeds
06:57 Women will get their share of their earnings of deeds
06:59 (Arabic)
07:01 And ask Allah for His grace
07:03 Seek Allah's grace
07:05 Ask Allah for His grace, His mercy and His blessings
07:08 Try to get them
07:10 Not that by being involved in negative psychology
07:13 Why did Allah make me a woman?
07:15 Why did Allah not make me a man?
07:16 Allah made him white and made me black
07:18 Do not get involved in these debates
07:19 Ask Allah for His grace
07:21 (Arabic)
07:25 Allah is the One who knows everything
07:27 (Arabic)
07:31 And we have appointed heirs for each one
07:34 Those who leave their parents, relatives and shares
07:40 This has been mentioned in the verse 11-12
07:42 Yes, there will be some whose share is not determined in inheritance
07:46 What can be done?

07:51 And give them their share of those who have been your partners
07:56 A relative whose share has not been determined by Shariah
07:59 It could be a friend, a neighbor, or someone else who is our benefactor
08:04 If the Shariah has not determined the share, then give them their share
08:08 (Arabic)
08:11 The Prophet has explained the matter of will
08:13 There can be a will for the non-inheritor
08:16 And that maximum one third
08:19 It is also mentioned in the hadith
08:20 Maximum one third
08:21 So there are such people, relatives, love, someone's favor, love for someone, and so on
08:28 So if the share is not determined in Shariah, then a will can be made for it
08:32 So for the non-inheritor, there is a will for one third of the wealth
08:36 There is a sign for it

08:40 No doubt Allah is witness to everything
08:42 Allah knows everything
08:44 And what is our attitude about these commandments?
08:46 Who is acting on the commandments of inheritance?
08:48 Who is doing according to the Shariah?
08:50 Allah is witness
08:51 Who is beating the stick?
08:52 Allah is witness
08:53 Who is taking the wealth?
08:54 Allah is witness
08:55 Who is taking someone's share?
08:56 Allah is witness
08:57 And this is not only for information
08:59 This is also for warning
09:01 If you are doing wrong today, you will have to answer to Allah tomorrow
09:04 Allahu Akbar
09:05 The next verse is verse number 34
09:07 It is very famous
09:08 And liberals and secular minded people also quote it a lot
09:12 Women are also worried
09:13 Men are also unnecessarily worried
09:15 They are confused
09:17 Let's translate the verse of Allah's word
09:19 And clarify a little
09:21 It is a famous part
09:22 Everyone remembers

09:24 Men are rulers over women
09:26 This translation is absolutely correct
09:28 But someone says, "Muntazim-e-Nigran"
09:30 This translation is also correct
09:31 But what is the concept of the government?
09:33 In the blessed hadith, it is said, "Syed-ul-Qaumi Khadimuhum"
09:36 The leader of the nation is the servant of the nation
09:38 The rulers who run the state should have a big heart
09:41 They have to serve the people
09:42 So who is the ruler of the house?
09:43 The man made him
09:44 But naturally
09:45 There can be only one head in an institution
09:47 There can't be two
09:48 What do you think?
09:49 If someone sits here with me and starts quoting Mufti Qiaos
09:53 What will happen to you?
09:54 You know, I also know
09:56 Similarly, if two people are equal in any institution
09:59 The institution will be the victim of Qiaos
10:01 This is the proof of monotheism
10:02 One is the creator of the universe
10:03 One is Allah
10:04 One is Allah who runs the universe
10:05 Allah says in the Quran
10:07 If there were more than one, the universe would have spread
10:10 So Allah made the man the head of the house
10:12 Why?
10:13 (Arabic)
10:15 This is why Allah has given some people superiority over others
10:18 If we talk about physical strength
10:20 Or courage
10:21 Or facing difficult situations
10:23 Or the aspects of bravery
10:26 This is a general matter
10:27 Allah has given this man the ability
10:29 It is possible that some men are physically weak
10:33 And some women are physically strong
10:36 This is an exception
10:38 But in general
10:39 Allah has given some people superiority over others
10:41 The head of the house
10:42 The work outside
10:43 Standing in hard times
10:45 The matters of the economy
10:46 The hard work of the religion
10:47 The establishment of religion
10:48 The victory of religion
10:49 The killing of Allah
10:50 All these are the responsibilities of men
10:52 And
10:53 (Arabic)
10:56 And because they spent from their wealth
10:59 Marriage is the need of both men and women
11:01 But the dowry is given by the man
11:03 (Arabic)
11:06 The children will be born
11:07 Both of them are responsible for the man
11:09 The responsibility of the salary is the responsibility of the man
11:10 The woman's needs
11:12 To fulfill her needs on her doorstep is the responsibility of the man
11:14 In all this
11:16 It is the word of Allah
11:17 Allah says
11:18 Allah made the man the ruler
11:19 He made him the ruler
11:20 He made him responsible
11:21 And if he is the ruler
11:22 Then keep in mind
11:23 That tomorrow Allah will answer for this people
11:25 This should be the clarity
11:27 Now the statement of women
11:28 (Arabic)
11:31 The good wives are the ones who are obedient
11:35 They are the ones who are obedient
11:36 Glory be to Allah
11:37 Who is the good wife in the sight of Allah?
11:39 The one who is obedient to her husband
11:41 Simple as that
11:42 The Prophet (pbuh) said
11:43 If after Allah
11:45 If there was permission to prostrate to anyone
11:47 Then I would have ordered the wives to prostrate to their husbands
11:50 Allahu Akbar
11:51 Why is this?
11:52 To run the system of the house
11:53 To run the system of the house
11:55 To strengthen the house
11:56 So that tomorrow when the child is born
11:57 He will get the protection of his parents
11:59 He will get the attention of his parents
12:00 He will get the protection of his mother's love and affection
12:02 And the father will work with the courage of the outside world
12:05 And will also take care of the children
12:07 What a beautiful home is that
12:08 Where these instructions are followed
12:09 And the Prophet of Allah said
12:11 The good wife who is obedient to her husband
12:15 Allah will give her the right
12:17 To enter the house of paradise
12:19 Why is this?
12:20 So that the house is safe
12:22 We read the words of Allah
12:23 And leave the worldly people
12:25 If we are Muslims, it is enough that Allah's words are evidence for us
12:27 If someone is a disbeliever, then another thing will happen to him
12:29 If someone is a Muslim, Allah says
12:31 Allah says
12:32 Who are the good wives?
12:35 Those who are obedient to their husbands
12:38 Those who protect them
12:41 For the unseen
12:42 In the absence of the presence of the unseen, it means the rights
12:44 It is mentioned in the hadith
12:45 Husband's house
12:46 Husband's bed
12:47 Husband's property
12:48 Husband's children
12:49 They are the ones who protect them
12:50 Allahu Akbar
12:51 Hafizatul ghaib
12:53 Those who protect the rights of the unseen
12:57 Bima hafizallah
12:58 The way Allah has given them protection
13:02 That is, the responsibility of protection
13:04 This is the husband's house
13:07 But the responsibility of protection is heavy
13:09 The woman is under the husband
13:11 If both are equal
13:13 Then the world cannot run
13:14 Institutions cannot run
13:16 The house cannot run
13:17 Simple as that
13:18 But there is no argument in this
13:21 If a man is placed above one level in authority
13:24 Then the mother is placed above three levels in good treatment
13:27 O Messenger of Allah, who is the greatest contributor to my good treatment?
13:30 You have heard the hadith
13:31 Mother, mother and then mother
13:33 The mother's rank has increased the rank of the woman
13:35 What a beautiful religion
13:36 What a balance is being given
13:37 And why is all this?
13:38 The house should be present
13:39 The house should be strong
13:40 Protection of children
13:41 Child training
13:42 The matter of compassion with children
13:44 The future prospects will be good
13:46 The society will get responsible citizens
13:47 And these homes will establish a strong society
13:51 May Allah grant us understanding
13:53 Next thing
13:54 The wife can come to the house
13:56 People get more worried after hearing the next part
13:58 But it is the word of Allah
14:00 Listen carefully
14:01 And those women from whom you fear of being beheaded
14:11 Then explain to them
14:13 And leave them alone in the beds of the dreamlands
14:16 And beat them
14:18 Now the ears stand up immediately
14:20 Now let's put these ears
14:21 But listen carefully
14:23 There was a fight in the house
14:25 And the house is on stake
14:27 So if you are afraid of beheading like wives
14:30 This does not mean that the salt has increased or the chilies have decreased
14:33 The food was not served on time
14:34 This is not brother
14:35 Beheading is such that the authority of the man is challenged
14:38 And the house is going to be destroyed
14:40 So now what is the religion telling?
14:42 Be a little strict
14:43 What is the first strictness?
14:44 Explain to them and settle the matter
14:46 And settle the matter at home
14:48 Number two
14:49 Leave them alone in the beds of the dreamlands
14:51 Express your anger
14:52 Stop the conversation
14:53 And leave them alone in the beds
14:54 Start sleeping separately

16:20 Not to destroy the family system
16:23 But to give protection
16:25 Then there is no harm
16:26 But when will all this happen?
16:28 When they will really follow the teachings of Allah

16:32 Fear of God will be real
16:33 Fear of the hereafter
16:34 Then this point of no return
16:35 This matter will never come
16:37 But sometimes
16:38 In any society
16:39 If a house ever becomes like this

17:42 So it is not that the whole world should be beaten

18:09 From the man and woman's house
18:10 One by one
18:11 The elder should be seated
18:12 Now the matter is not on social media
18:13 Now it is not going to the court
18:15 It is not coming to the footpath
18:16 It is not coming to the corner
18:17 It is not coming to the neighborhood
18:18 The world where the beating is not going
18:20 With a very decent style
18:21 The elders of the house sit and try to settle it
18:24 If there is a good intention, what will happen?
18:26 He said

18:29 If they both want to make peace
18:31 Then Allah will create a consensus between the two
18:34 If they both want to make peace
18:36 Then Allah will create a consensus between the two

18:40 If the husband and wife have a good intention
18:42 Then Allah will create a consensus between the two
18:46 It depends on the intention
18:48 And the desire
18:49 And the pain
18:50 We all bypass this
18:52 And some people are given three divorces
18:54 And are talked about as destruction
18:56 Some people go to the police station
18:58 Some men beat the cruel women like animals
19:01 And some women's family members
19:04 They don't want to wear bangles
19:06 They start beating each other

19:10 And if we bypass this teaching of Shariah
19:12 And this gradual process
19:14 Then the houses will be destroyed
19:15 We will not be able to save ourselves
19:16 May Allah save our houses from destruction
19:18 And may Allah give us a good marriage
19:21 There is another beautiful verse

19:25 We understood the family and social guidance

21:13 If there is one neighbor, a Muslim

21:19 He will have one right

22:51 And hide what Allah has given them out of His grace
22:53 Some do not spend in the way of Allah
22:55 And some are so stingy
22:57 That they fall so low
22:59 They do not spend on themselves
23:01 And they do not spend on their relatives
23:03 Allah has given blessings
23:05 Allah wants blessings to be expressed
23:07 They are so stingy
23:09 He said, you will take it to the grave
23:11 What will you get by taking it to the grave?
23:13 And what Allah has given them out of His grace
23:15 And they hide what Allah has given them out of His grace
23:17 And Allah has given blessings to the disbelievers
23:19 And Allah has prepared a humiliating punishment for the disbelievers
23:21 And Allah has prepared a humiliating punishment for the disbelievers
23:23 And Allah has prepared a humiliating punishment for the disbelievers
23:25 Allah save us from humiliating punishment
23:27 And Allah has given blessings
23:29 To be thankful for it
23:31 And it is money
23:33 So Allah grant us the ability to spend on others
23:35 Allah save us from hell
23:37 And grant us all the paradise
23:39 Ameen
23:41 May Allah bless us all
23:43 May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you
