01:28 The Department of Trade and Industry said that they will possibly issue a recommendation to the DA in the next two weeks.

02:09 The DA and other government agencies are monitoring this to give an informed recommendation on lifting the price ceiling.

02:23 The Bureau of Plant Industry added that the rice self-sufficiency of the country is increasing
