00:30A car washed fell due to a heavy downpour and wind in Camarim, North Caloocan.

00:37The flood reached Gutter Deep, but it was higher than Maesalito, Zabarte.

00:45The result? Heavy traffic.

00:50In Barangay Bagong Silangan in Quezon City,

00:53suddenly the water level rose in the river, so a bridge was damaged.
