00:20 In normal days, there is hot air near the ground and above it is colder so the smoke rises as the hot air rises.
00:31 But due to thermal inversion, the situation is reversed where there is hotter air above than the cold air that traps the smoke.

00:48 The wind is going to Tuyi, Calaca, Balayan and Nasugbu in Batangas.
00:55 The smoke that rises and disperse does not rise because the cold air pushes it down.
