00:26 According to a cyber security expert, the ransomware is a type of malicious software that can block access to the computer system and will only disappear when the ransom is paid.
00:45 According to the Department of Information and Communications Technology, the ransom demand of Medusa Group is P300,000 or P17 million, which is behind the cyber attack.
00:56 But PhilHealth's answer is, "Definitely, we will not pay the ransom."
01:01 The group uploaded the information of the documents stolen by Dark Web.
01:06 A cyber security expert who is involved in the case showed us this.
01:11 There is a countdown. PhilHealth has only eight days to pay the ransom.

01:21 They are asking for P10,000 or more than half a million pesos for each day of extension of the deadline.
