00:19 This is based on their first Balik Islam Council Congress in 2023 on Saturday, September 23 in Almendraz Gym, Davao City,

00:29 where they promoted the advocacy that if someone is seen, they should speak up, by the local government unit or LGU of the city.

00:36 According to the commander of the Davao Task Force, Col. Darren Comya, they are with the Balik Islam community

00:42 in the anti-terrorism and counter-terrorism efforts in helping the 11 tribes of the city.

00:49 This is a different sector but in Islam faith. What we have seen is that we need to mainstream all sectors. We will not leave anyone.
