00:00Although the target quota for 2028 has been slashed in half,
00:043 million housing units are a whole lot up to build up
00:08and put with some three and a half years left on the deadline and fast counting.
00:14But Housing Czar and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development
00:18or DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar remains unfazed
00:23and vows to fill out the 3 million quota by the end of the president's term in 2028.
00:29In fact, he claims at least 55 projects are afoot or in construction right now
00:35under government's 4PH program with some 150,000 units sought to be completed.
00:41And even better, all 55 projects are bankrolled by private money with zero funding from the government.
00:48In addition, the DHSUD is all at the forefront of finishing
00:53the President and First Lady's Pasig River's Pasig Bigyang Buhay Mulit Project.
