(PhilHealth) operation and services continue through the over-the-counter method at PhilHealth - Mother Ignacia branch in Quezon City on Tuesday, Sept. 26, after the Medusa ransomware infected their systems on Sept. 22, wherein cyber hackers demanded $300,000 or approximately P16 million.
