00:13 that is outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:16 which is more than 1,425 kilometers east or the east extreme northern Luzon.

00:23 Based on our latest data,

00:25 we can say that this LPA has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility today.

00:30 Although, for now, the chance of it being a storm is still small.

00:34 And the trap or extension of the low-pressure area

00:37 will bring heavy rain in the sky

00:40 in a large part of Mindanao and Central and Eastern Visayas.

00:45 Although it is not that strong,

00:46 the Southwest Monsoon is still affecting or long and particular in a part of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro.

00:53 So, we expect that in our country,

00:55 in a part of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro,

00:58 the sky will be flooded with rain.

01:00 Meanwhile, in Manila and the other parts of Luzon and Western Visayas,

01:05 we expect that the possibility of generally fair weather,

01:10 but still possible rain, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms,

01:14 usually from afternoon to night,
