00:21 A bit of relief for the families that are doing a task, the elderly
00:25 that are on their own and the families that have got young
00:29 kids that have cut back to one wage.
00:33 But people living in regional areas and the ACT are showing greater
00:37 resilience than their counterparts in the nation's five biggest capital cities.
00:40 The survey of over 6000 people shows
00:43 81 percent of regional Aussies say they feel happy about the next 12 months
00:48 compared to 68 percent in the five capital cities.
