00:00 Do you have enough vocal leaders?
00:01 That's something that people have questioned.
00:03 Is that lacking a little bit?
00:05 Is that one of the issues that maybe led to what happened in this new cast?
00:07 No, we've got a lot of players who are new and trying to find a feet,
00:11 not only in our club, but in English football as well and the Premier League.
00:16 So we can't expect them to be coming in and
00:19 dominating vocally.
00:22 They've got to get their feet under the table and adapt.
00:24 And to do that, you tend to have to be performing well enough on the pitch.
00:28 So that will only come with performances or with the time that they're at this club.
00:34 So I think I said after the game, but we've still got a lot of experienced players here
00:38 who know the standards, who know the level of this league,
00:41 who we need to step up and make sure they take on the extra responsibility, if you like.
00:47 Yes, so it's not down to one, it's not down to two, it's down to everyone.
00:53 Like I say, whilst we can do all the work we want on the training ground,
00:58 then you've got to enjoy the challenge of the battle on the pitch and implementing it on the pitch.
