00:00 Well the full-time whistle has just gone here at the London Stadium and West Ham won't enjoy
00:04 the more comfortable, comprehensive victory for some time. I think just 2-0 on the scoreline
00:10 but really they were a class apart from Sheffield United today who really looked at foreside
00:15 one-defence and struggled on. We probably need to tell you about what happened to them
00:20 last week against Newcastle from a West Ham perspective. The game over of the contest
00:24 by half-time really. Goals from Keren Bowen and Thomas Cucic. Thomas Cucic in great form
00:29 at the moment. That's three goals for him already this season which matches his tally
00:33 for the whole of last term. But really it's Jaron Bowen who's kind of the beating heart
00:37 of this team at the moment. That's five goals in seven games now for him. Today was his
00:42 first home goal of the season after four and as many games away from home. And Gareth Southgate
00:46 named his latest England squad on Thursday. Bowen's not been included in one of those
00:51 since his first call-up for that Duke Nations League run way, way back in the summer of
00:57 2022. But surely he's got to be banging contention now. One of the form players in the Premier
01:02 League so far and West Ham will be desperately hoping that continues into what's going to
01:06 be a big week with Freiburg away in the Europa League on Thursday night. And then a real
01:10 challenge as Newcastle come here next Sunday.
