00:00 As feared, the New York Giants have declared left tackle Andrew Thomas out
00:04 of their week four game against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night.
00:08 Thomas has been dealing with a hamstring strain suffered in the week one loss to
00:12 the Dallas Cowboys when he was chasing down a blocked field goal that was returned
00:16 for a touchdown.
00:18 He had tried to practice this week but couldn't get through the entire session and
00:22 ended up being listed as limited on Thursday.
00:25 Thomas has since been held out of practice and head coach Brian Dable has said that
00:29 the offensive tackle is now week to week.
00:32 And that it's too soon to say if Thomas might be ready for
00:34 the following week's game against Miami Dolphins.
00:37 As for running back Saquon Barkley, who is dealing with a high ankle sprain,
00:41 he's been listed as doubtful on the team's injury report.
00:44 Barkley was a limited participant all this week in practice, but his availability for
00:48 Monday night was always a long shot given the reported three week time frame
00:53 that was attached to his injury situation.
00:55 Also of note, outside linebacker Aziz Ojolari, who has missed the last two
01:00 games with a hamstring strain, will return to action this week.
