00:00 Are you afraid of any repercussions either from leadership or from legal aid to Capitol Police?
00:05 I mean, listen, I take responsibility for what I did, you know, but like I said, I was in a rush to go vote.
00:09 And, you know, the investigation will sort everything else out.
00:13 Have you talked to Jeffries about it?
00:15 Oh yeah, of course. It's day one.
00:17 How was that conversation?
00:18 Well, I got to keep that between me and the leader, so I'm not going to share that publicly.
00:21 But we've been in touch with each other.
00:23 Hi everyone, we're at the infamous door where Jamal Bowman claims he had to pull a fire alarm to get out.
00:29 Now, these doors are open on weekdays.
00:32 Every member of Congress knows that. Everybody that works here knows that.
00:36 But on Saturdays and Sundays, they are locked.
00:39 And only certain doors are open on Saturdays and Sundays.
00:42 Now, come on over here.
00:44 This right here is a fire alarm.
00:46 Nowhere does it say, "Pull the fire alarm to open the exit door."

01:09 Y'all already know what to do. Let's get into this.
01:10 Alright, I want to get to Jamal Bowman, who is...
01:15 These Democrats get away with murder, man.
01:17 Our God is my witness, they do.
01:19 And I don't understand how we're not holding their fire.
01:24 It's interesting that Donald Trump could get indicted on business deals and Joe Biden hadn't.
01:32 Is there not enough conservative judges out here that are...prosecutors that are bringing the case?
01:37 I'm sick of conservatives talking about, "Oh, it's Soros bought."
01:41 Well, who are we buying?
01:43 We ain't got nobody bought.
01:45 All that money we got, we ain't buying nobody.
01:49 They claim they buying people. Well, where are people at?
01:51 Where are our appointed prosecutors at?
01:53 Where are the conservative prosecutors at?
01:55 All these people that Donald Trump put in the court position, where are these people at?
02:02 I can't believe Donald Trump is having to deal with this stuff.
02:07 It's crazy to me.
02:08 Okay, let me go back to Jamal Bowman.
02:11 This fool, and I'm going to read the article, he said, "Republicans are demanding the expulsion of the left-wing Democrat congressman
02:19 who triggered a fire alarm delaying a critical vote to hand off a government shutdown.
02:24 Jamal Bowman is facing a formal investigation into the incident by the House Administration Committee,
02:31 while Republican Congresswoman Nicole Melio-Tekes," I ain't never heard this person,
02:37 "has drafted a resolution demanding the 47-year-old representative from New York be thrown out of Capitol Hill."
02:46 Just understand this for a second, y'all.
02:49 Understand this for a second.
02:52 I'll play the clip of Bowman's speech, but I just want you to understand this, and I'm going to read this.
02:57 This is what he said.
03:00 "I want to personally clear up confusion surrounding today's event.
03:03 As I was rushing to make a vote, I came to the door that I usually open for votes, but today would not open.
03:14 I'm embarrassed to admit that I activated the fire alarm, mistakenly thinking it would open the door.
03:22 I regret this and sincerely apologize for any confusion this caused.
03:28 I want to be very clear, this was not me in any way trying to delay the vote.
03:34 It was the exact opposite.
03:36 I was trying to urgently, I was trying urgently to get to the vote, which I ultimately did,
03:43 and joined my colleagues in a bipartisan effort to keep our government open.
03:48 The sign on the door Bowman used could cause confusion.
03:53 It reads, "Push until the alarm or push until the alarm sounds three seconds.
04:01 Door will unlock in 30 seconds."
04:04 However, the Democrat having complained that they were given insufficient time to consider the resolution,
04:11 Republicans have accused Mr. Bowman, a member of the left wing squad group, of indulging in crude, stalling tactics.
04:21 So, I would love to see what this door look like.
04:25 I think it's absolutely ridiculous.
04:27 Clearly, you got him laughing on a picture right here that I see on TikTok of him laughing at Donald Trump's mugshot.
04:35 Are you really a representative or are you a partisan hack?
04:40 Let me play the clip of what Bowman said and the dumb, deranged women on the view and what they had to say.
04:49 Roll the clip.
04:51 Did you still stand by your statement that the fire alarm was an accident?
04:55 You know, I don't know why this has gotten so much attention.
04:58 I was literally just in a rush to go vote, man. That's all it was.
05:02 Are you afraid of any repercussions either from leadership or from legal aid to Capitol Police?
05:06 I mean, listen, I take responsibility for what I did.
05:08 You know, like I said, I was in a rush to go vote and, you know, the investigation will sort everything else out.
05:14 Have you talked to Jeffries about it?
05:16 Oh, yeah, of course.
05:17 How was that conversation?
05:19 I got to keep that between me and the leader, so I'm not going to share that publicly.
05:22 We've been in touch with each other.
05:24 My buddy, Jamal Bowman.
05:25 All right.
05:27 Okay, so Democratic House member allegedly pulled a fire alarm.
05:32 He claims that it was because he was trying to get to the House floor.
05:36 The video seems to suggest, or pictures suggest otherwise, I think it was because the CR came out and he wanted more time to read the bill.
05:43 But rather, again, than Congress passing a bill that would allow for him to have more time to read it, he literally pulled the fire alarm.
05:49 It would be like if I was like, didn't like the next topic, and I pulled the fire alarm and ran out.
05:52 We just can't do that.
05:53 What's absolutely ridiculous, though, is that there's MAGA Republicans that are somehow equating this guy doing this infantile stunt with January 6th.
06:01 To my knowledge, nobody died because this guy pulled that stunt.
06:04 To my knowledge, nobody was bleeding.
06:06 Nobody was attacked because of this stunt.
06:09 And I don't want to call it a stunt yet.
06:11 There's going to be an investigation.
06:12 I know, Jamal.
06:14 And so, again, I'm a little biased.
06:16 But the doors that are normally open so that he could get to the chambers to read were somehow miraculously closed.
06:22 How did that happen?
06:23 And so, yes, sometimes you're freaking out and you're in an elevator and you're pressing all the buttons.
06:27 It goes to what you were saying.
06:28 It goes to them not having the time.
06:30 It is quite possible that he was trying to get there and the door -- not panic, but, you know, if you're not looking because it's a door that's normally open, you just go and you press a button.
06:42 You know, it happens.
06:44 Not the fire alarm button.
06:45 I'm so scared.
06:46 I don't know because I don't know what it -- I haven't seen the fire alarm button.
06:50 It probably says fire.
06:51 And it was a, like, fire exit only sign.
06:53 It was active.
06:55 No, because you have to break glass to press -- to get to the button.
06:59 So I don't know.
07:00 I don't know.
07:01 It seems pretty fire alarm-y to me.
07:02 I don't know.
07:03 It just looks like a button.
07:04 I can't see the button.
07:05 I think he could.
07:06 He was a little closer.
07:07 Did anybody in this audience pull a fire alarm to get out of a seventh grade test?
07:11 Brian, raise your hand.
07:13 No.
07:14 We know you didn't.
07:15 Because we're not stupid.
07:16 I guess my point is, you know, if you're not sure, then put it up for -- find out what it was.
07:22 As opposed to just saying, you know, you did this to do that.
07:26 Because when people pull stunts, I tend to think that they may be more full of it than he is.
07:33 You know, people who pull this kind of stunt who say, and you only have three minutes to read it.
07:37 I kind of think, oh, all right.
07:40 The turd of the view, that's what I'm going to call her.
07:43 Because her brain is a turd.
07:45 It literally has no value in its things.
07:47 Okay?
07:48 It's full of waste.
07:50 A waste of our time as well.
07:52 But, anyway, I don't understand how there's a defense for Jamal Bowman.
07:57 You're a grown man.
08:00 You should know what a fire alarm looks like.
08:04 You know, I just don't -- I don't buy it.
08:07 I don't buy it whatsoever.
08:09 If that fire alarm is that easy for a grown man that's a representative of his constituency, who are all adults, and he can't interpret if that's a fire alarm or not.
08:21 I don't understand what we're even talking about.
08:26 Like, you can't be in Congress if you're too stupid to understand if you're going to pull a fire alarm that says it's probably red and have a box around it that says fire alarm.
08:36 And he pulled it anyway.
08:38 And I think what he did was he pulled it.
08:41 And he was going to -- he already had his pre-excuse made.
08:44 Oh, I was just trying to get through the door.
08:46 No, he was trying to pull it in order to buy time for his colleagues to get there to cast a vote.
08:52 That's pretty much what it was.
08:54 And he get to do it, and because he's black and nobody's going to say anything, but it's problematic to me because they always get away with murder.
09:04 You should not pull a fire alarm because you ain't getting your way.
09:11 But this is just the Democrat way.
09:13 Do I know what his intentions was in his mind?
09:15 No, I can't speak to that.
09:16 But, I mean, common sense tells you that he had to know there was a fire alarm.
09:20 Unless his statement is that I pulled the fire alarm to open the door and I didn't think it would cause that much of a big deal.
09:27 He's still stupid, but at least that makes a little more sense.
09:31 But these women on the view are nuttier than a nutty bar.
09:35 I just -- it's funny.
09:37 I talk trash about them all the time, but they give me so much fodder.
09:40 They give me a lot of crumb.
