00:06 we are now watching Jennie as of 5 am this Wednesday.
00:11 We can see from our latest satellite images, the last seen center of Jennie's eye is at 270 kilometers east,
00:20 northeast of Itbayat, here in the Batanes province.
00:23 Jennie's eye has slightly weakened,
00:26 and her maximum sustained width is at 150 kilometers per hour,
00:31 and her opening is at 185 kilometers per hour.
00:35 And it is moving at a rate of 10 kilometers per hour.
00:42 A large part of the northern Luzon, and also the central and southern Luzon, can experience this.
00:47 A large part of the Luzon can experience this,
00:50 with cloudy skies, with rain, especially in the parts of Ilocos Norte, Apayaw, Cagayan,
00:56 especially in the Batanes and Baboyan Islands, where the typhoon is the closest to the present.
01:03 And we can see that this is the latest track of the typhoon Jennie.
01:08 We can see that this afternoon, the typhoon will continue to move towards the Taiwan region.
01:15 Tomorrow, on Thursday, it is possible for it to landfall in the southern part of Taiwan.
01:21 And it is possible that by tomorrow afternoon or evening,
01:24 from yesterday to tonight, it will be outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:30 But we still expect that it will bring strong winds and rain,
01:34 especially in the western section of the Luzon.
01:38 At the moment, the signal number 3 is at the northern part of the Batanes,
01:45 this is the area of Itbayat.
01:47 While the signal number 2 is at the southern part of the Batanes and northern part of the Baboyan Islands.
01:53 In these areas, we expect that it will bring strong winds,
01:58 and it is possible that it will bring strong rains.
02:00 So, this is a different kind of caution, especially for our fellowmen here in the Batanes and Baboyan areas,
02:06 where we expect that the typhoon will be the closest.
02:11 The signal number 1 is at the southern part of the Baboyan Islands,
02:15 the southern part of the Mainland Cagayan,
02:17 the northern part of Apayaw, and the northern part of Ilocos Norte.
02:21 So, we expect that it will bring strong winds in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
02:28 This is a different kind of caution for our fellowmen.
02:30 Meanwhile, we expect that the typhoon Jenny will bring strong rains in the Batanes and northern part of the Baboyan Islands.
02:39 Tomorrow, while the typhoon Jenny will be coming,
02:42 we still expect that it will bring rain in the northern part of the Batanes and Baboyan Islands.
02:48 Meanwhile, we expect that the typhoon Jenny will bring strong rains in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
02:53 We expect that the typhoon Jenny will bring strong rains in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
02:56 Today, we expect that it will bring rain in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
03:04 Tomorrow, we expect that the typhoon Jenny will bring strong rains in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
03:13 We expect that the typhoon Jenny will bring strong rains in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
03:22 Even if the typhoon Jenny is already outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility,
03:26 it can still bring strong winds.
03:30 On Friday, we expect that the typhoon Jenny will bring strong rains in the areas where the signal number 1 is at.
03:37 On the weekend, we expect that a large part of the Philippines, especially in Luzon, will experience generally fair weather.
03:44 However, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms can still be experienced from the afternoon to the evening.
03:51 This is also what we expect today in the southern part of Visayas and Mindanao, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
03:57 In the areas where the tropical cyclone wind signal is at,
04:02 and where we expect heavy rainfall, flash floods and landslides are possible.
04:10 Especially in the lower areas, where it is possible to walk,
04:13 and in the areas where it is possible to have landslides, especially if it has been raining for several days.
04:19 So, we should be careful for our fellow Filipinos.
04:21 We should listen to our authorities when they recommend that we should avoid the areas where there are sudden floods.
04:30 These are the areas where we expect heavy rainfall.
04:37 Today, it is possible that there will be heavy rainfall in the southern portion of Aurora, Bataan, Camaynilaan, Occidental Mindoro, Calayaan Islands, Romblon,
04:46 a large part of Calabarzon, and several parts of Bicol.
04:50 Tomorrow, in the southern portion of Aurora, Romblon,
04:53 several parts of Calabarzon and Bicol region will still experience heavy rainfall due to strong winds.
05:00 This is the area where it is dangerous to sail.
05:04 We still have high gale warnings in the Batanes,
05:07 along with Babayan Islands, Isabela, and Ilocos Norte.
05:10 It is still dangerous to sail small sea vehicles and small boats in this part of our country
05:17 because we expect the sea to be unstable.
05:20 In the other 10 parts of the Baybayin Islands,
05:23 we expect the sea to be unstable.
05:26 We need to be more careful, especially for fishermen and sea vehicles.
05:32 We are inviting you to keep up to date with the various advisories,
05:39 especially the thunderstorm, rainfall advisories, and heavy rainfall warnings
