00:00 Watch put up or shut up the newest show coming exclusively to Motor Trend on Demand July 20th hosted by me
00:05 This time on roadkill I
00:10 Rescued my dream car hasn't moved in 17 years and I give Tony plenty of time to do the job, bro
00:16 Three days is not plenty of time
00:18 It's roadkill time
00:20 Square root of you're screwed. Yeah, that's more like it
00:23 Yeah
00:25 So David calls me and says we're doing one lap of America, which is a brutal race and by pure coincidence
00:53 I'm searching Craigslist for one of my dream cars and I find this
00:56 1969 Pontiac Firebird
00:59 400 four-speed car sitting about eight hours from the start of the race
01:03 My buddy Mike Copeland picks it up brings it to his shop
01:05 I fly here and I find a car that I've not seen in person yet
01:09 That has no engine and trans in it mice living in the car. The brakes are locked up
01:14 There's a hole in the floorboard. It needs some work, but I'm motivated
01:18 This is my dream car and these guys are about to walk in here right now and see this and I'm hopeful
01:23 I'm gonna convince them we can pull this off in the next day and a half
01:26 It's two days before the one lap of America event, which is the perfect time to build your car for the race
01:31 That's why we're here at diversified creations in Brighton, Michigan same place where we put the Hellcat in the general mayhem
01:37 I haven't seen Finnegan's car yet, but we're gonna have to thrash on the thing
01:44 We brought in Tony Angelo to help and I think we're in for a big surprise right now
01:48 But how much work this thing needs so about a week and a half ago
01:50 I got a text from one of our producers that said do you want to come and race a car for a week?
01:55 And of course me being a racecar junkie. I said absolutely I'm in that sounds fantastic a little more was revealed to me
02:01 It's the one lap of America, which is 3,300 miles in seven days while you also participate in like 17 track events
02:09 So it's grueling. It's intense. It's non-stop. It sounds amazing
02:12 And they said oh PS by the way Finnegan picked up a car. He just bought it
02:17 It's a 69 firebird and it might need a whole bunch of work. So I'm here. I don't know what we're up against
02:22 I haven't seen the car yet, but I'm feeling like since this is roadkill. It might be a complete disaster
02:27 Doesn't look that bad. Yeah, this is a car. Yeah, just these little race prep take a whiff
02:34 Yeah, I took the liberty of pulling the carpet in the seat
02:37 Nasty that's you for 10 days you did mice in there
02:43 It was been sitting since 2000 the last time it moved it took a couple of kids there high school prom and then they got
02:49 Froggy and wanted to restore the car afterwards and they took the motor did a little work to it and it hasn't moved since
02:55 What do we have to do? We should start up front the hood needs a little adjustment engine, please have an end. Okay, great
03:02 There's no chance either
03:07 Mmm, all right
03:08 Got it. So we have a day and a half. We have all right. Give me a minute. Give me one minute
03:13 Pose myself. I already knew this. Oh boy
03:18 All right. So the car came with two engines
03:22 It's an original
03:25 350 four-speed car. Yep, and we have the 350 that was in the car that allegedly ran which is in one piece
03:33 Fantastic, but we have a 400 that's disassembled that we could assemble. It's disassembled. Oh, that's not
03:39 Well, it was it was locked up
03:41 So I took it apart sent the block out to get it cleaned and honed and I have the pieces
03:46 Optioning this was in the car prom night
03:49 It did run allegedly but for some reason the owner of the car said you should probably put the 400 in it
03:56 Oh, so he typically hinted that this thing is junk, right?
03:59 But the 400 and this is the 400 he left uncovered and it rusted up. So the rings are stuck didn't want to roll over
04:05 Nothing was damaged. So I ordered rings clean the block. This could go back together
04:11 The rear axle is not exactly together, but the suspension is in there. Oh cool. That's a Pontiac 10 bolt
04:17 Yeah, that means it's non-c-clip and you can't get parts for it and stuff
04:20 Well, we got parts. It's ready to go back together. Okay. Yeah, the brakes are completely locked up
04:25 I bought brakes for it. So we have a lot we could do the suspension on the front the brakes put the interior back in
04:32 It maybe patch a hole maybe not and then it needs obviously a drivetrain
04:36 Obviously, yeah, how's your level of okay right now pretty low
04:41 How many hours do we have until we have to leave we have to be at tech inspection by noon on Friday
04:50 Which means we need to leave here like 7 a.m. Friday. Okay, so we have like 44 Wednesday Thursday
04:55 This is worse than I thought
04:57 Do you think all right? Well, let's build you a car
04:59 Solving this I guess we got a big list going and we prioritize it and then we just start and we got it
05:07 We're gonna have to set we're gonna split up. Can we get this done? Totally do they want to get this done?
05:11 Yeah, maybe not
05:13 I mean you're literally talking about us not sleeping for the next two days to assemble this car
05:17 Plan of attack here is sort of jumbled mayhem right now. I think what we're gonna do is two teams
05:22 It's gonna be Mike and Mike and me and Tony and we're gonna start tearing the front suspension apart
05:27 They're gonna start inventorying all the parts and see if we actually have what it takes to make this happen
05:32 I'm gonna stay away from Tony as long as I can because we're gonna be in the car together
05:36 24 hours a day for the next eight or nine days and he's already mad at me. So I'm just trying not to make that worse. I
05:42 See the way lucky looks at him sometimes, you know, I don't want to have that look in my eyes
05:52 Step one out of 285 things got a gas tank guys we can put gas in it now everybody chill out
05:59 There you go, right Wow, I will want turn a ball joint won't spin your ball joints are locked up solid
06:14 The spindle won't turn
06:18 This is pretty stuck
06:24 Okay, I don't know what happened but somehow we went from we have a 350 that's complete but we don't know if it's any good
06:43 - let's rebuild the 400 and put cylinder heads on. There you go. Yeah, even though
06:48 The racers in you took over less than two days. I believe you were the instigator with that. I believe this is your okay
06:55 The racer in me took this is your fault
06:57 But right now we're getting ready to start assembling the short block when we took it apart. All the bearings are so good
07:03 that we're gonna put the original bearings back in it and
07:06 Cranks still good. Perfect didn't even need to be polished
07:11 we did hot take the block and then degrease everything clean all the oil passages and we
07:17 Gave it a touch on and a quick ridge ream at the top
07:20 We're gonna reuse the pistons after we free up some of these beautiful stuck rings
07:25 So we'll have to clean that out this upper ring
07:27 You can see water was in the engine, but the the rings are all totally sealed stuck right in the hole
07:32 Hey, we got 48 hours. Well about 44 hours left
07:36 So piece of cake plenty of time
07:39 My wife's El Camino when I tore the engine apart that came out of that the bearings look just like this
07:44 40 45 years old you could put them right back in there
07:47 *music*
07:56 I'm still in the disassembly stage. I haven't put on one new part. I'm just ripping stuff out of here
08:02 I think Tony and I are gonna have the front suspension done today.
08:05 I don't know if we're gonna get the whole car done by tomorrow
08:09 I'm gonna pull the Pitman arm off the old steering box
08:12 And then we're gonna install that new quick ratio Borgeson unit so that when we're sitting in the garage pretending like this thing runs
08:18 It'll feel really good
08:20 We're trying to install our first new part, which is the steering box and naturally it's got the wrong spline on it
08:27 I bought the new one because I was worried the old one might be leaking
08:30 But I had never seen the car either so I did a lot of Ray Charles parts ordering on this deal. Put it back on?
08:36 Yeah
08:38 All right, let me undo what I did
08:40 It's seven o'clock Wednesday night and look
08:43 Pistons in an engine and look unlike before
08:47 When we got this car in this engine these ones move up and down up and down, which is what you want
08:54 There's nothing I can do to this engine because we're missing parts.
08:57 I have no idea why we're putting a headliner in the car, but the nice lady that's doing it is in the car
09:03 And it's on the ground so we can't work on the suspension or the brakes
09:06 I literally have nothing to do so I'm painting the engine black
09:10 Why not?
09:12 Why not?
09:14 It's the end of the first day of wrenching on this thing and I would say as normal
09:17 We're far behind, but I don't know we're gonna crank it out tonight. Coleman's gonna finish up the rear end
09:23 We're gonna get the front suspension together as far as we can given the parts we have we're missing lower ball joints
09:28 So we decided to call it about midnight tonight. We're gonna hit it pretty hard because tomorrow is gonna be
09:33 8 a.m. To whenever it drives out of here
09:37 Man we got a lot of stuff done last night. We were only here till about 1230
09:41 But we got the whole rear end assembled brakes on the back wheels and tires fit front end mostly together
09:46 master cylinder on and
09:49 As soon as ball joints show up. I'm gonna have the rest of the front end together and
09:53 After that interior Tony got the floor pan in we're gonna throw some seats in it and stuff
09:58 I'm pretty sure we're actually gonna make the interior look pretty good. I'm gonna put a lot of parts in it
10:03 Throw some seats in it and stuff. I'm pretty sure we're actually gonna make this happen today
10:06 We got the short block built for the engine. We still need steering
10:10 interior rest of the engine
10:13 Transmission exhaust I'm gonna stop talking now because it's getting a little overwhelming
10:19 I predict you rip out that nice fancy new headliner. Yeah
10:27 You know seat might not fit but the headliner is great
10:32 Oh
10:34 Super annoying. Oh, yep. Okay. We got to drop that junk. Yes, it won't work
10:38 No success. We're gonna have to cut and weld this
10:41 Floor bracket make it lower
10:44 Oh
10:59 Yeah, look at that looks way better already
11:01 My bad, that's livable for sure. Yeah, see you want the upper arm parallel?
11:08 Yeah, you want a nice one? Yeah, and then you want a white t-shirt and roll up some a cigarette pack in it. Yeah. Oh
11:13 Big moment here oil pans going on
11:16 And we can flip the engine right side up and it should stay right set up until it goes in the car
11:25 It already smells less like poop in here
11:27 carpet fixes everything
11:30 Normally, you'd say carpet in a roadkill car is just way too nice, but the carpets hiding holes in the floor. So in this instance
11:37 Just it's just a barrier. It's a filter for the exhaust fumes
11:42 My mouth has tasted like mouse poop more often than I really want to admit
11:52 It's a roadkill thing. You might be wondering why we are putting carpet in this car and I'm messing with the AC system removal
11:58 It's because we are waiting on cylinder heads for that 400 engine and we don't have them yet and time is very tight
12:05 So we're supposed to have them the next hour
12:07 Once they're on and everything works the pushrods seem like to the right length and everything spins. I will feel way better about this
12:13 Cylinder heads are here. Now we can finish the engine
12:17 Which is great because it's like 4 in the afternoon, I think and we need to leave in 16 hours
12:23 Thanks to these babies. We don't have to do valve guides valve seals
12:29 No servicing and they're lighter. Edelbrock heads, ARP studs. This thing better go more than one lap
12:39 This is kind of a big deal
12:41 This is the pilot bearing goes in the back of the crankshaft and the input shaft of our Muncie four-speed should go in here
12:47 Problem is this won't fit in our crankshaft
12:50 So we need to either find a smaller one or get someone with a lathe to turn this down for us because we don't have
12:56 that tool here
12:58 The other thing is we don't have a tool for this
13:00 So we're gonna have to find a tool that fits in the back of the crankshaft
13:03 And get a lathe to turn this down for us because we don't have that tool here
13:06 Then it can go in the car
13:09 So I'm feeling Mayor Mike Copeland knows somebody that can fix this problem
13:14 So I'm not sweating it
13:17 It's Thursday night we have to leave in 12 hours, do you realize that?
13:22 We got 12 still 12 whole hours
13:26 And we got a whole bunch of people here working on the thing
13:28 Tony and I've got the front suspension back together with the old parts that we took off
13:33 We got the rear end done brakes are done. The interior is mostly done
13:36 We're trying to focus now on the criticals. The engine is the big critical Finnegan and Copeland got the thing mostly together
13:42 But the problem now is just the accessory drive on it
13:45 And once we get that sorted out
13:46 the real real big deal is that the pilot bearing that goes in the back of the crankshaft to hold the snout of the
13:52 transmission so the clutch works
13:54 You got a mill down I got it machine. Oh Copeland got it fixed. I should have known better
13:59 This is where miracles happen every day. So apparently we'll be able to bang that together and get this whole thing in the car
14:04 but if we don't have it running by like
14:06 midnight then
14:09 It's gonna be real fun. We're in bad shape
14:11 [Music]
14:37 Ready? Yep
14:39 [Machine noise]
14:41 There you go runs good
14:44 It's alive
14:46 It's quiet
14:48 Sounds good
14:50 75 pound oil pressure
14:52 [Machine noise]
14:54 We need to go driving
14:56 Three days
14:58 Look at this, three days
15:00 [Coughing]
15:02 Feel better Tony?
15:04 I do
15:06 It runs really good. It sounds awesome
15:08 You guys aren't gonna have a single problem on the road
15:10 Thank you for that
15:12 [Music]
15:16 Man it's been 22 hours straight right now
15:18 but we killed it
15:20 We would have never gotten this done without the crew here from Diversified
15:24 We just dogpiled this thing
15:26 and in the middle of the night last night
15:28 I think 3 o'clock in the morning we finally got it fired up
15:30 and this thing just purred
15:32 Everything seems to be working
15:34 The last details right now are
15:36 Darrell's in there putting a harness bar in
15:38 then we gotta throw the seats in
15:40 and pack up and hit the road
15:42 It's about 6 o'clock right now
15:44 and we gotta get on the road around 7
15:46 so that we can make it to Tyerak for tech inspection
15:48 for One Lap of America
15:50 [Music]
15:52 It feels pretty good. It really does. It's comfy
15:54 [Machine noise]
15:56 Well it's all done
15:58 These guys are gonna run it around the block
16:00 and find out if anything's gonna fall off of it
16:02 before we load it on the trailer and go
16:04 The race director said he wants us there at noon
16:06 which is 4 hours from right now
16:08 and it's a 3 hour drive
16:10 so basically nothing can go wrong
16:12 [Music]
16:14 Woo!
16:16 Oh it's spunky
16:18 It's very spunky. That was like half throttle
16:20 I like it
16:22 [Machine noise]
16:24 [Machine noise]
16:26 Tire slip
16:28 [Machine noise]
16:30 Oh dude it runs good
16:32 [Machine noise]
16:34 Dude for an out of the box
16:36 no dyno tune
16:38 this is pretty good
16:40 I think I found some of the pig pen
16:42 it's coming out
16:44 Nice work Tony
16:46 Nice work everybody
16:48 Oh god this is fun to drive
16:50 [Machine noise]
16:52 Yeah!
16:54 It's working! Woo!
16:56 Dude the trans is good
16:58 Yeah this thing rules
17:00 [Music]
17:02 [Music]
17:04 [Music]
17:06 There it is
17:08 We are 3 hours in a normal automobile
17:10 to get to Dyerrack
17:12 before our tech inspection starts
17:14 We need to hurry
17:16 We need to go to a hotel, check out, take a shower maybe
17:18 and just haul butt
17:20 to South Bend, Indiana right now
17:22 [Music]
17:24 [Music]
17:26 It's official
17:28 we are one lap of America
17:30 this is the point at which we separate
17:32 these guys are going to be the Firebird
17:34 and me and Alana are going to be the Hellcat Challenger
17:36 We might or might not come back
17:38 Oh boy
17:40 We might not ever stop for you
17:42 Last night Tony actually was
17:44 we were talking about the Hellcat versus this
17:46 he's like oh yeah I'm faster
17:48 Yeah I'm going to be faster than you
17:50 and I'm faster than him so
17:52 You put this much competitive in the same car
17:54 for a full week
17:56 We'll either be best friends
17:58 or be dead
18:00 [Laughter]
18:02 They're pretty cute
18:04 We got to go do the wet skid pad now
18:06 We're a better team
18:08 This one doesn't count for us
18:10 You guys cuddle, we're going to go race
18:12 Do you want anything to burn from that one?
18:14 Nah, that's character
18:16 Oh you big strong man you
18:18 So Alana is the editor of Roadkill Magazine and also Roadkill.com
18:20 This will be her third episode of Roadkill
18:22 She and I are going to be in the lap of luxury
18:24 in the Challenger which is actually
18:26 the same car that we used in a prior episode
18:28 where we raced the thing on a motocross track
18:30 So if it survived that
18:32 pretty sure it's going to be okay here at one lap
18:34 But Tony and Finnegan
18:36 they're going to be in the Firebird
18:38 and I'd like to say they're going to have roadkill suffering
18:40 but I don't know, we've touched everything mechanical
18:42 on that thing
18:44 which, take that as you will
18:46 that's either good or bad, they're either going to survive
18:48 or have a bunch of breakdowns
18:50 The very first event is
18:52 the wet skid pad
18:54 designed to figure out how much grip you can have
18:56 in the rain, and Tony went out in the Firebird
18:58 and did pretty well
19:00 I was going to say grip
19:02 but naturally I beat him in the Hellcat
19:04 Now we have to hit the road
19:10 and drive a couple of hours to an
19:12 old airport where they're going to have an autocross
19:14 Okay we are at the second event
19:18 of the first day, this is the autocross
19:20 I drove on the wet skid pad at the Tyre-Rack
19:22 headquarters, and the car was pretty good
19:24 I didn't go crazy pushing it hard because I wanted to
19:26 feel it out, but we ran a .63g
19:28 in the wet, which I think is pretty good
19:30 and turns out in our class, the leader
19:32 we're second now, did .64g
19:34 so that's pretty damn close
19:36 Right! Yeah, so we're in second place
19:38 We're this close to that guy. Yes, and David did .67g
19:40 which isn't that too far away from us either
19:42 No, not at all
19:44 We have a chance, we have three bogeys here
19:46 A, we want to finish, which we will
19:48 That's a big one. And B, we would like to beat David
19:50 At least once or twice
19:52 Yeah, once or twice this week
19:54 And C, there's a guy in our class with a Corvette
19:56 and I think we can hang
19:58 And his car looks pretty serious
20:00 It's not his first time, it's got a cage
20:02 It's got a wing. It's on nasty tires, it's got a wing
20:04 Seems to be important, the wing
20:06 So if we could finish ahead of those two
20:08 it would be awesome, and they're currently leading the American vintage class
20:10 So, we're number two
20:12 Good luck buddy
20:16 Thanks dude. Go fast
20:18 Got this! Our goal is to make one good run
20:20 and hit the road
20:22 because we're traveling at a much slower pace
20:24 than the rest of this whole event
20:26 Use that track
20:36 [Music]
20:38 Pretty good run
20:56 This car sticks great
21:04 Little bit of a wheel hop
21:06 Go baby, go
21:08 59, nice
21:22 That should put us in first in our class
21:24 So that would be awesome
21:26 [Music]
21:28 We outta here
21:42 Later Indy
21:44 [Music]
21:46 It's just about midnight on the first day
22:06 We have been chugging along slowly
22:08 Just about out of gas
22:10 Pulled over in a little town in Tennessee
22:12 The car started to spit oil
22:14 out of the tailpipes
22:16 at some point during the day
22:18 and it's really getting bad now
22:20 I don't know if we have like a
22:22 you know, a PCV problem
22:24 or what the deal is
22:26 Hoping it's not those brand new rings
22:28 not seating properly
22:30 We gotta get back on the road
22:32 because with the way this thing drives
22:34 we gotta go like 60, 65 everywhere
22:36 and it's taken us forever to get there
22:38 We should have been there an hour ago
22:40 I think we should dilly dally in this town
22:42 to be quite honest, I'd like to get out of here
22:44 We are now here at Memphis International Raceway
22:56 A place where
22:58 the road course has a half mile long straight
23:00 and we only have
23:02 four gears and 25 inch tall tires
23:04 If the motor's gonna go
23:06 it's gonna go this morning
23:08 behind the wheel
23:10 on the floor down that front straight
23:12 If the ten bolt's gonna explode
23:14 that's gonna happen this afternoon
23:16 when I'm on the drag strip
23:18 trying to win a bracket race
23:20 So all your drama today
23:22 Or nothing happens and we just keep on trucking to my house
23:24 I don't know
23:26 Last night we drove like nine hours
23:28 Got in at like midnight in the Hellcat
23:30 You remember that time I couldn't get my phone synced up with the radio?
23:32 Also dinner, not that great
23:34 Oh that steak place!
23:36 It's okay
23:38 Yesterday we ran two events
23:40 at two different tracks
23:42 Today it's Memphis Motorsports Park
23:44 There's gonna be four events
23:46 First of all, there's the road course
23:48 which hilariously is nothing more than the drag strip
23:50 and the return road and the staging lanes
23:52 We're gonna run two sessions of that
23:54 and then they're gonna go into
23:56 a fast ET race on the drag strip
23:58 You get one pass, low ET wins
24:00 and then you get to use that ET
24:02 to decide what you're gonna do for a dial in
24:04 on the bracket race drag race
24:06 that's gonna end today and that's where I'm putting Alana in the car
24:08 and she doesn't know it yet but she's winning
24:10 I'm feeling good man, I'm looking forward to this
24:12 I love a road course
24:14 I only ask one thing, front straight, five grand, three seconds max
24:16 Got it, three seconds
24:18 Three seconds
24:20 Good luck
24:24 One warm up lap, three hot laps
24:26 Three mil of time
24:28 (car engine)
24:30 Oh this is exciting, here we go
24:52 First time the Firebird has ever been on a road course
24:56 And of course we picked one that's insanely fast
24:58 Mostly straights
25:02 I have no idea what's happening right now
25:04 He's so far away
25:06 Uh oh, smoke, a lot of smoke
25:14 I think he just locked up a tire
25:18 It doesn't want to run immediately
25:22 after one rip down the straight
25:24 Did the motor shut off completely?
25:26 It's running now, it's running now
25:32 but it won't do anything
25:34 It won't run under any power
25:42 I had to pull off, I had to pull off
25:44 Alright, I guess pit it
25:46 and we'll look at it
25:48 Back to the pit
25:50 Get the tools out
25:52 (music)
25:54 You're never boring on roadkill
26:00 You've probably forgotten this
26:02 but one lap of America
26:04 is not one lap of Memphis International Raceway
26:06 Dude I didn't go over 5,000
26:08 Not once
26:10 I don't believe you
26:12 Believe it!
26:14 It might be broken
26:20 for real
26:22 I went through the gears once
26:24 like, you know, in anger
26:26 and that was it
26:28 My warm up lap was fun
26:30 One lap Tony, might be your new name dude
26:32 Now this is what I've been waiting for
26:38 A big road course in the Hellcat
26:40 where I can unleash that 707 horsepower
26:42 It is going to be fast in the straightaway
26:48 140
26:50 140
26:52 A lot of smoke
26:54 It's 155
26:58 This guy in front of me is smoking bad
27:02 Partway through my laps
27:04 the car in front of me started smoking bad
27:06 He puked ATF all over the ground
27:08 drove over his own junk
27:10 and spun out
27:12 They shut down the track for a while
27:14 and so I head into the pits to find out
27:16 what's going on with the firebird
27:18 What is that rattle?
27:24 I don't know, do that again
27:26 That is not good
27:32 That's new
27:34 We're hearing like a
27:36 That wasn't there this morning
27:38 That's like a death rattle
27:40 That's a not good
27:42 Hot, hot
27:44 Right through the glove
27:46 We've got a bunch of metallic stuff
27:48 on the end of the drain plug which is magnetic
27:50 and that's indicative of metal in your motor
27:52 which you don't want metal in your motor
27:54 Every time we put you in a roadkill race car
27:56 stuff falls off
27:58 All I did was hit the gas
28:00 and I literally was like
28:02 5000
28:04 On a silver platter we hand you the best
28:06 of equipment that money can buy
28:08 and this is how you treat it
28:10 Vintage, bearing
28:12 Fingers crossed
28:14 It's roadkill so like
28:16 this is normal everyday stuff right?
28:18 Today did not go the way I thought it would
28:20 I was a little worried we'd blow up the engine
28:22 I just didn't think it would happen in one lap
28:24 We went and got a U-Haul trailer, hooked it to a rental truck
28:26 We're going to haul the firebird to my house
28:28 which is actually on the way to the next track
28:30 I got rings
28:32 I got gaskets, I got bearings
28:34 I got a whole lot of brake clean
28:36 We will rebuild the motor again, make a couple more oil system mods
28:38 So hopefully the next time
28:40 Tony gets behind the wheel
28:42 it stays in one piece
28:44 I always say that
28:46 roadkill is about rolling
28:48 restorations and that's exactly
28:50 what we did here. We started off
28:52 with a '69 Firebird that Finnegan
28:54 has always wanted but that
28:56 had no engine, no trans, no
28:58 suspension, no nothing
29:00 but we made it happen. The fact that
29:02 it blew up, hey, that's just
29:04 another opportunity to make it good
29:06 and we will because
29:08 roadkill is also about never say and die
29:10 and we're going to finish the one lap
29:12 of America no matter what
29:14 You'll see that in the next
29:16 episode of Roadkill

29:24 Alright David
29:26 should we get the real car in now?
29:28 Wait, is that a real car?
29:30 No.
29:32 You son of a bitch
