00:00 A win, what difference has that made to the dressing room, the coach's journey back from Luton, the training ground this week?
00:08 What difference does that first three points make?
00:11 I can't deny that. I think it must be a sense of relief for a lot of players who never won in the Premier League.
00:20 But I think for us now it's about reminding that we move on now, we've got Chelsea coming up soon and that's obviously a key game for us as well.
00:29 They'll be a lot more confident, can you detect that amongst your players?
00:33 I just wondered what gives you the sign that a player now feels a bit more confident?
00:37 I try to balance that. I'm not a big believer in confidence.
00:42 I know ideally you want it and you want confidence and momentum,
00:47 but I think you've got to build your own confidence in moments where you don't have the results.
00:52 I think confidence comes for me with consistency and doing what you should be doing every time
00:57 and then trusting that you can do it, that you belong there.
01:00 I hope they had confidence before Luton, but there's no doubt in my mind that we can take positives out of the Luton game into the Chelsea game.
