Former chief justice defends Voice as legally safe

A former chief justice of Australia has criticised the no campaign's slogan "if you don't know, vote no" ahead of next weekend's referendum on a voice to parliament. Robert French has told the National Press club a yes vote will mean a new beginning and will be something to take pride in.
