00:59 next move, unless you're magically gonna bring in a right tackle. But I think they're more
01:03 than fine, because who's really going to be a DB out there? I think they're more than
01:06 fine defensive back, you pretty much helped you defensive backs with that Randy Gregory
01:09 trade.
01:10 I think what's interesting, actually, is like, the next move could be another D and if Randy
01:16 Gregory doesn't work out, like we've now seen what the Niners feel is their number one issue
01:20 at the one thing they wanted to add before. If there was one thing, it's this before the
01:26 playoff run. So they get their book in, they gave Drake Jackson a chance, they gave Cleland
01:30 Farrell a chance, it's not working out. And boom, here they bring in Randy Gregory. But
01:35 well, let's say he doesn't work out. I mean, he is 19 and a half sacks in his career, he
01:38 gets hurt a lot. Well, they have more than enough cap space and time to bring in someone
01:42 else, whoever that might be. So the next move could be the next Randy Gregory if it ain't
01:46 him.
01:50 And plus, you know, you mentioned that, that this is what they made this trade because of
01:53 a need. But even in the years when they didn't have a need, they just saw a decent player
01:56 that they could pick off the tree and say, screw it, we're going to bring this guy in
02:00 and make them our own. You know, I'm thinking about Charles and menu, they didn't really
02:03 need like that, they didn't even expect them to be that immediate impact player. So every
02:06 year, there's always been one every year. And every time I swear, like, okay, there's
02:10 no way they're going to magically find a defensive lineman, a pass rush or whatever, that's gonna
02:14 that's decent, and they could bring in and sure enough, Randy Gregory, that's why when
02:17 you text me said, Oh, Randy, Greg, the trade for Gregory, I was like, didn't he get released
02:21 like two days ago? So that's the thing about these news. They always say that. But yeah,
02:24 that's a good point. Because was the trailer, I tried trade deadlines and what like two
02:27 to three weeks, four weeks, something like that. No more than three weeks, I think. So
02:31 yeah, that's something I even if Randy Gregory does pan out, I wouldn't put it past them
02:34 to still look for someone to add on anyways, because you can't have enough pass rushes
02:39 in this league. They want to be as dominant as possible. And considering that the Naira
02:42 to put practically all their chips in the table this year, and I've said every over
02:45 and over again, this is the year, no excuses, even if your pass rush is fine, go get another
02:50 guy. If you can upgrade it, do it. No. Yeah, I'm with you on that. Do you think they could

03:01 focus on? I'd say yeah, right now this probably who probably the defense because I think the
03:09 offense is finally the 49ers of strength for once, right out of all the cows Shanahan's

03:30 captains of the ship while the offense played second fiddle and played perfect complimentary
