00:00 >> Talking so much, Stark coming into this game about the slow start and
00:03 that kind of thing.
00:04 Talk about the focus y'all had coming into the night and
00:06 just kind of how you were able to get that done to Stark quickly.
00:08 >> Yeah, it's obviously been one of our focal points.
00:11 Something that we've been trying to improve on.
00:13 We've started slow in every other game this season.
00:15 Just trying to have a different approach throughout the week,
00:19 during practice, and then obviously leading up to the game.
00:22 How can we have more energy coming out?
00:24 We're able to do that and execute at a high level.
00:26 >> If a local 12, three touchdowns is Stark to you,
00:28 what do you attribute to that?
00:29 Rhythm you were in, how much did it help you?
00:32 >> I mean, we're just executing.
00:33 We had a few plays where we got guys open, had some yards after the catch.
00:37 Made some explosive plays.
00:38 That always helps as far as rhythm and momentum go.
00:41 But yeah, I mean, that's- >> What was the different approach?
00:45 >> What is that different approach that you guys did this week that really helped
00:47 you?
00:49 >> Obviously, we have an SEC East opponent.
00:51 That's our goal, try to win the SEC East.
00:54 They're coming into our house.
00:55 We're at home.
00:56 We know the fans are gonna bring the energy, so
00:58 that's gonna help us a little bit.
00:59 But just throughout the day, having the mindset and the focus to come out strong
01:03 and to execute on every single point that we're trying to make and
01:06 try to get better on, that's kind of the focus.
01:09 >> And pass pro, I mean, obviously, gotta give credit to your own line.
01:12 How much were they a part of your big night tonight?
01:14 >> Always, especially tonight.
01:15 I felt like I was sitting back there for a while on some of them.
01:19 There's some times where the mental clock's kind of ticking in my head,
01:21 where it's like, man, gotta get the ball, I gotta get the ball out.
01:23 But tonight, I was able to hold it for a good second, two seconds more,
01:26 which obviously helps to get guys open.
01:28 >> How much confidence do you think you gained from that road game last week?
01:32 >> A ton.
01:33 I think each week, as we continue to improve as a team, and
01:38 obviously improve individually, we're just gaining confidence as an entire offense.
01:42 >> How much do you think did you carry over from the second half of last week to
01:45 the first half of tonight?
01:46 >> I think each game is separate.
01:48 And honestly, I'd even go down and try to say that each play is separate.
01:52 That's what I try to do mentally.
01:53 I mean, I've kind of talked about that before, but
01:55 just taking things moment for moment and play by play.
01:58 Just kind of eases the tension and just no pressure at all.
02:01 >> The confidence level you get to a Rob Roth Thomas, a Mark Fleming,
02:04 Jake Lahan, Dave Pennington, kind of what does that look like for you?
02:06 >> Yeah, I mean, we've got the guys that are gonna make plays, but
02:09 I'm just gonna give them a chance to make plays, and they made them tonight.
