00:04 I think they have done well, but I think that we could have done better.

00:08 And ultimately, that's what we've got to go in, knowing that we could have done better, we didn't.

00:16 and look ahead next year to make sure we're not in this position next time.

00:19 When you've got players like Caitlin in the middle, still in the teams,

00:23 that gives you plenty of promise that you can use this as a bit of a springboard, doesn't it?

00:27 Yes, more than just Caitlin as well. You've got people like Bella Sites, Ruby Enright, to name a few.

00:33 There's a lot of young players, there's a lot of players that are maybe more mature,

00:36 that are in their first Women's Super League season as well.

00:39 So, there's a lot more to come from us as a team, but it still doesn't mean that it's not disappointing today.

00:45 Is it going to be much of a different team next year?

00:47 Or are you going to build... Because you've got a real base to go up, haven't you?

00:51 Yes, obviously, I think every team will be looking to recruit.

00:54 I think that we've got a great foundation, and what we did this year will put us in good stead to be better next year.

01:00 But it's still not the least way to be happy with coming second.

01:04 You don't think you'll be sitting back in a month's time and look at it and think,

01:07 'Well, maybe I wasn't there?' No.

01:11 I mean, I've got time to reflect. I don't think I'm being harsh in my feedback.

01:14 I think I'm proud of the girls. I think I'm proud of their efforts.

01:17 But we can and will be smarter.

01:20 About today, a few things went against you in the first half, didn't they?

01:26 And then obviously when you got off, be careful what you say,

01:28 but you sort of seemed to be on a roll in the second,

01:32 and then a couple of errors just sort of lifted the pressure.

01:35 Yes, and that's what it's about, isn't it?

01:37 They're big errors. You can't make them in the grand finals, and we found that out today.

01:40 But, like I say, we'll be better for it.

01:43 But it still hurts today.
