00:32 commitment that you have, your administration have, and the American people across the board have for Israel.

00:38 Joe, I want to give you a clear picture of the difficult situation we face.

00:43 We were struck Saturday by an

00:46 attack

00:48 whose savagery I can say we have not seen since the Holocaust. I mean we had hundreds massacred,

00:55 families wiped out in their beds in their homes,

00:58 women brutally raped and murdered, over a hundred kidnapped including children, and

01:04 since we last spoke the extent of this evil,

01:07 it's only gotten worse.

01:10 They took dozens of children,

01:12 bound them up,

01:15 burned them, and

01:17 executed them. They beheaded soldiers.

01:21 They mowed down these youngsters who came to a nature festival and just, you know, like

01:28 put five jeeps around a

01:30 depression in the soil and like Babi Yar, they mowed them down, you know, making sure that they killed everybody.

01:37 This is, we've never seen such savagery in the history of the state and they're even worse than ISIS.
