00:00 The Philippine Area of Responsibility is now entering the area being monitored by the Low Pressure Area
00:05 while another LPA has been built in the far north.
00:09 We will now find out the effects of this on Weather Specialist Rhea Torres.
00:14 Good morning to all of us.
00:17 We will be in a good mood today.
00:20 At the moment, we are being monitored by two Low Pressure Areas inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:27 Meanwhile, we are also being monitored by a storm outside our PAR.
00:31 As of 3 AM this morning, the Low Pressure Area was last seen in the 860 km east of Eastern Visayas
00:39 while the other Low Pressure Area was last seen in the 135 km west of Coron, Palawan.
00:46 These two Low Pressure Areas have a low chance of being a single storm
00:51 but they will be affected by some parts of the Bicol Region, Mimaropa, Quezon, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar.
00:59 Meanwhile, the storm we are monitoring outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility, Super Typhoon Bulavin,
01:06 was last seen in the 2,190 km east of the Extreme Northern Zone.
01:12 And as of now, the storm we are monitoring has a low chance of entering our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:20 In the future, in Metro Manila and the rest of the country, we will experience some isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
01:32 along with localized thunderstorms.
01:34 And as of now, we do not have any high-level gale warnings in any of our country's cities.
01:39 But we will be careful in our plans to travel to the cities in the Northern Zone
01:43 because we are still expecting moderate to rough coastal waters.
01:47 And in the coming days, we expect that the generally fair weather conditions will continue in most of our country.
