00:11 Jen Shaw is currently serving six and a half years in prison after pleading
00:15 guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
00:17 And Jen Shaw's former assistant and friends spoke to TMZ and shared that when she
00:21 celebrated her 50th birthday earlier this month, she had prison sushi.
00:25 Apparently some of the friends that Jen Shaw has made while in prison asked her
00:28 how she wanted to celebrate.
00:29 She said she was craving sushi though they utilized ingredients they could get
00:32 their hands on like pre-made spring rolls and sticky rice and made Jen Shaw
00:36 sushi. And for dessert,
00:37 she apparently had prison pineapple upside down cheesecake.
00:40 Apparently a can of pineapples is involved,
00:42 but that's all that her assistant shared. In addition to that,
00:45 Jen Shaw's husband revealed that he reached out to 50 of her closest friends
00:48 and family members and had them send messages to Jen.
00:51 And while this obviously isn't how he or Jen pictured spending her 50th
00:54 birthday, Jen Shaw's husband said she was brought to tears by the gesture.
