00:18That's right, a Costco spokesperson actually told TMZ that quote, none of their U.S. stores
00:22carry baby oil.
00:24This clarification comes amid questions about how authorities arrived at the quantity of
00:27baby oil mentioned in the indictment unsealed on September 17th.
00:31Diddy's lawyer previously expressed skepticism of the portrayal of the quantity when the
00:35reports came out initially saying quote, I can't imagine it's thousands.
00:40He also went on to say one bottle of baby oil apparently went a long way.
00:44When he was pressed by TMZ about the potential use of baby oil, he stated he didn't understand
00:48why someone would actually need 1,000 bottles.
00:51The lawyer further suggested that Diddy, who has multiple homes, might just buy it in bulk.
00:56Ultimately, Agnifillo denied that 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found in Diddy's home, saying
01:00it was just a lot.
