00:00 >> In Oklahoma, it looked like you had one heck of a bye and go in there and
00:05 the pick and everything.
00:06 How was that?
00:07 Did that kind of clear your head and rejuvenate you?
00:10 >> Yeah, it was so much fun.
00:11 I mean, if you're a fan of football, college game day is something you watch
00:14 every Saturday.
00:15 Just one of those things that you just get up every Saturday and watch the kid.
00:18 And so being able to get up there and make the picture of those guys a dream
00:22 come true for me, it was so much fun getting to go back and be around the guys.
00:25 And obviously, nothing like the OU Texas game in the Cotton Bowl.
00:29 So obviously, a good outcome, that always helps, but yeah, it was awesome.
00:32 >> You've had a lot of success in the second half.
00:35 You lead the NFL right now in completion percentage.
00:39 What is it about the second half of games on the line that maybe, I don't know,
00:42 if the focus sharpens or it's game time comes on for you?
00:46 >> In this league, you have to be able to adjust.
00:49 And I think just as a team, as a whole, we've done a good job of adjusting.
00:54 You go into halftime, you have your script, you have your game plan ready to go.
00:58 But the team can play you differently than you expect.
01:01 So you have to be able to adjust, make adjustments at halftime,
01:03 communicate with the receivers on different looks, what we're gonna get to,
01:06 and just be on the same page.
01:06 So for us, it's doing the little things right and
01:09 just staying on the same page when we come together in the second half.
01:11 >> I know at the ground game, there's still some work to be done there, but
01:14 it seemed like Rashad White did some of the dirty work against the Saints that
01:17 maybe kinda went unnoticed.
01:18 Just what have you seen from him?
01:20 What have you learned about him as a teammate?
01:22 >> He's got no ego to him.
01:25 I think, yeah, obviously, he wants to have more success.
01:27 But time will come.
01:29 So we're just continuing to address the issue that we have to be better at
01:32 the run game.
01:33 It's for us to have success down the road here, we have to have that.
01:36 But he's patient, and I think just one of those underrated plays for
01:39 him was getting him out in space, throwing that ball to him, and
01:43 he made a couple guys miss down the goal line.
01:45 And so he's a special player with the ball in his hands, so
01:47 we have to continue to find ways to do that as we get the run game going.
01:50 >> Big reg, you guys had 26 points on offense,
01:53 which was season high for you so far.
01:56 Do you feel like, you look at the lines,
01:58 they're just averaging under 30 points per game.
02:01 If this game got into a shootout, has the offense improved enough and
02:05 evolved enough to where you feel like you guys could go toe to toe and
02:08 win a shootout game at this point?
02:10 >> Yeah, I mean, I'm not gonna compare us to their offense, but just for
02:13 us as a whole, that was a game that we had talked about scoring the red zone and
02:17 improving in that aspect.
02:19 But just for us, it's continuing to do a little things, right?
02:21 Which is why we haven't had the best offensive game yet.
02:24 So continually improve as the year goes on.
02:27 And so this is one of those games that we can't look at their score.
02:30 We just have to continue to do our job and put up the most points possible.
02:33 They play with so much effort, so we have to match that effort and
02:36 outdo it, honestly, and just do our best to execute as well.
