00:03 Bakery, the new shop in Portchester. And tell me, it's obviously the opening day today,

00:08 and tell me what the reaction's been like. It's been amazing, we had a queue from 8.30

00:13 when we opened and it did stop at about half two. We've been getting pasties and lardy cakes up from

00:18 our farm shop trying to keep up and yeah it's been amazing, everyone seems very happy. And I

00:22 understand you've pretty much sold out everything? Everything's gone, yeah. Yeah apart from a couple

00:26 of cakes. Yeah just a couple of cakes with loads of bread. So what's sort of your hopes and dreams

00:33 to be in Portchester and for the future? Hopefully just to carry on doing what we do, just like a

00:39 farm, just bring it, expand a little bit more. Obviously Portchester's just having a bakery and

00:44 so hopefully we can carry on and keep people of Portchester happy.
