00:09 The meeting is held in the municipality of Tibú in the north of Santander.

00:21 In that sense, the president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, hours before the beginning
00:25 of the installation, recalled the importance and the historical responsibility that the
00:30 negotiators have to assume at the negotiating panel.
00:33 The meeting will take place after another meeting was held on October 8, in which the
00:38 disagreements between the parties stop the dialogue from advancing.
